I'm not sure why the Bills were somehow expected to stop their drunk shirtless fans from tossing snowballs everywhere but whatever.
 
The Patriots just lost in the most insane way. It's maybe worse than the Colts yesterday. The Colts were just a bad team that played even worse, the Patriots were just flat out retarded.

It was tied with no time in the 4th and they tried to do a bunch of laterals and tossed the ball right to Chandler Jones of the Raiders who returned it for a TD. :story:

There's also a chance it could cost them a playoff spot as they are now the 8th seed.

I've watched this about half a dozen times trying to find some kind of explanation as to why this is anything less than a -200 IQ move and I can't. I can't even find a way to say that it's only -100 IQ. Look at the video of when the ball is caught by the defender, Chandler Jones. Mac Jones is so far away that he's not even on the screen. Even if Mac Jones wasn't in a different county of Nevada at the time, he's the last man back on your team and you think "This makes sense to try." :story:

The best part of the last guy back is that it's your QB of all people. On top of that, it's not like it's Lamar Jackson. It's not Josh Allen. It's not Jalen Hurts. It's Mac Jones. I was going to write that Tom Brady might be the only worse QB choice in the league to throw it to there in that situation, but at least one could argue that the defense might be too afraid to hit him and instead let him make the catch and crumple up to end the play and take things to OT. :story:

You know what would be the most Clown World conclusion to this season? If the Bucs continue to fuck it up just like that all the way to the end of the season, allowing the Saints (or Panthers) to sneak into playoffs ahead of them.

Santa, I know you're busy, but if you wouldn't mind a last-minute Christmas gift for me: Fire Matt Patricia and Joe Judge. Because those two chucklefucks have no business being coaches after that debacle--hell, most of this season.

NFC South is still wide open so it could happen. Bucs at 6-8 and everyone else at 5-9.

Fatty P is one of Belichek's "guys," unfortunately. No way will he not last for the rest of the season, at a minimum. I don't blame him all that much for the clown show at the end of the Raiders game, but that TD that was lost because of a Patriots time out? That was all coaching.

Not so sure about Joe Judge. TBH I'm kind of souring on Mac Jones. Not quite willing to say he's a bust (yet), but the thought does cross my mind.

The oddest thing about the Patriots coaching is that Belichek's son as LB coach seems to be doing an at least okay job. I figured that one for nepotism if any of them would be.
