I still don't know how you can watch both teams utterly implode in the last six minutes of a game and a team that had two turnovers for 14 points in three plays and a minute of game time comes out winning. The Dolphins lost to the fucking Titans.
I think Mike McDaniels will be the new Mike Tomlin, calling it now.

They'll shoot for nothing more than a winning record while fancy themselves as "gurus".

Leave it to the Giants, not only are they fucking up their tank, but watch them delude themselves into thinking Tommy Devito is the answer at qb.
It’s been said, but the Giants should probably prioritize shoring up their O-Line more than throwing money at a QB. They can keep someone cheap like Devito, especially with how much they’ve got tied up in Danny Dimes…

I’m just happy the Packers lost, because, much like the old Patriots or the current Chiefs, Fuck ‘Em. They were Good long enough, they can be Mid, if not Bad, for a few seasons now that they don’t have a Franchise QB anymore (Love could go either way, but those are big boots to fill…)

Miami fan here.

Yea agreed with this comment.

I also really dislike how football is being played now. Because of the tackling rule changes in place this year IMHO this is no better than what is being seen and done in college.

The difference is that in college there still a feeling of a TEAM sport where everyone tries to win as a team,

In the NFL it is all about the "I" and the individuality mentality of each player just doing their job.

I mostly stopped watching the NFL because of those rule changes.
So the NFL has become the new NBA?

Yea. I used to buy 50 yard tickets to the game or box seats every year when I did businesses. The game since 2016 started to degrade and get political.

For me that was the final straw. I'm not going to waste my time seeing some asshole take a knee so The NFL can get a good ESG score.

I knew some of the old guard in the NFL... Completely different than what you see today. They played hard. They put their bodies on the line and I have great respect for them.

The football is so bad now, well you can judge for yourself.

All you can do to make that comparison is watch College football's top teams play and compare them to HOW The NFL is playing by the changes on the way the defense can tackle people.

VERY similar to college and the way they tackle people. The reasons are to reduce the chances of law suits being brought by NFL players on getting hit.

The problem is, why in fuck am going to pay money to watch grown men play " Bud lite football"? I'm fucking not.

And THEN IMHO watch college players play their hearts out on the field and see they are almost just as good as the pros right now. Yea I never thought I would be watching College more than watching the NFL.

The NFL has watered down the game to the point it's NFL Dylan Mulvaney/ Bud lite Football. And that dude just won "Woman of the Year" this year.

So yes the NFL has become the New NBA with all of the problems with it. They ain't getting any of my money nor of my time anymore.

I know we aren't the worst team but i do believe this offseason the Seahawks will need to changes during the offseason
We need better discipline. If DK is allowed to act like a primadonna every week when he goes out there I can't imagine the rest of the team is being held to any kind of standards. Discipline and diligence win championships. We have a talented team, even if it needs some improvement, but there's some attitudes that have to change.
I think you meant mad man. Dude went straight at 2 guys on the goal line on the next play. I think they called a direct snap to Henry just to keep Levis from doing it 3 times in a row. Chubb was not happy about missing the sack.

Levis was a power runner in college, so he can absolutely get away with it if they need to. Even if all he brings to the table is fearless running and a rocket arm, he'll be a decent journeyman / backup.

Kapernick is the most overrated player in the NFL.

Considering how the NFL has no problem with letting murderers play IF they're good enough, should really say it all about him.

If his play were actually better than his locker room cancer he would be on a roster right now.

He's the leftoid Tim Tebow.

Tebow actually wanted to play so bad that he was willing to try to be Urban Meyer's TE4 for a year. He probably still wants to play, but can't. And I don't think he was ever locker room cancer.
It's been really fucking obvious ever since Kaep ditched that workout the NFL was going to put on for him at Atlanta for a local high school (where he controlled the media access), that he only brings up his quarterbacking career to make sure Nike and Netflix extend his contract.

Fucking this. The comparison with Kaep and Tebow should end at the fact they were both terrible QB's that had a flash in the pan season of greatness that was quickly figured out. Kaep is a lefty who decided he would rather grift with a bunch of companies looking to get a better ESG score in exchange for losing money through sponsorship deals and lost sales. Tebow did all he could to try and get back on a practice squad. Jesus boy was held in high regards by his teammates at Florida, and I think at least 75% of them have criminal records so being toxic in the locker room isn't a thing with him.

If Kaep played like an all pro/top 5 QB then teams would have looked the other way to his retard politics and signed him, but he was more of a backup/spot starter (despite what the media would like you to believe) and teams felt like he wasn't worth the headache.

Kaepernick wasn't terrible. He was "right place, right time" as one of the first athletic running QBs with read-option offenses in the early 10s. Defenses gradually learned how to defend that, which lowered his value. He also got older, he retired at 30 and was losing his mobility. At that point, Kaepernick stopped being starting QB worthy. All the other nonsense was him overrating his value.
