I'm sorry Lions. And I'm sorry thread since I know probably everyone except me was rooting for the Lions. But at this point I want a 49er's Superbowl victory so bad as a fan, the last time they won I was alive but I wasn't old enough to care or have any memories from watching it. I really want a Superbowl win that I can remember and really be invested in as an adult fan. After that I feel like I'll be able to relax a little as a fan.

Also I know the 49er's aren't very well liked either but I can't imagine anyone here is going to be rooting for the Chiefs over us?

>Brock Purdy paid less than a percent of Lamar but takes his team further
The literal MVP.

Oh boy. Now we have to deal with a dynasty team that the NFL is trying shove down our throats and the other team is one that they desperately want to be a dynasty and are shoving down our throats.

Chiefs have Sneed. Therefore the Chiefs are the Kiwi's Team. Null even said so on last weeks MATI.

Going into the NFC Championship Game, I would have told you that the Niners are probably the team with the best chance to beat the Chiefs or whoever came out of the AFC.

I have no idea what to think now. Yes, the Niners did really well to claw their way back into the game but let's not get it twisted: Detroit had this shit in the bag and they fucked it up and lost. Yes, the Lions lost this game a whole lot more than the Niners "winning" it for what its worth.

My personal objective is for the KC (and the refs...can't forget the fucking zebras, who obviously will be making KC friendly calls) to lose. So it all comes down to who has the best chance to pull that shit off.

Fuck the rhetoric about Mahomes being the best to ever do it. Fuck Kelce too, because he's absolutely NOT the best TE to ever play the game. I like Andy Reid, but everyone else on the Chiefs can eat a dick and choke on it. Oh and how can I forget about the Swift Roastie Legion who are now all suddenly Chiefs fans. Fuck those holes to hell.

While I found myself rooting for Detroit, even if they had somehow won the game, the way they shat the bad in the 2nd half also inspires no confidence whatsoever that they could have beaten the Chiefs.

I will note that it's critical for Purdy to make some completions to Deebo, Aiyuk and Kittle early so that the KC Defense has to stay out of the box. One of the keys will be Purdy running for first downs, as a supplement to the gross overreliance on CMac. That was also something that they did well in this game's 2nd half.

Go Niners I guess.

The aggressive play calling is what has gotten Detroit this far. You can't blame Campbell for sticking with what has worked. Execution and poor decision making lost this game.
I said "reckless", there's a difference. Him being reckless costed the Lions 6 points which would've sealed the game.

I want McCaffery to win not because I like the 49ers but to spite the Panthers.

I miss Brady.

If he wins again this year I'll put him on Montana-tier. But as far as GOAT goes it's still Tom Brady >>>>>> Everyone else.
I hate Tom Brady, but I have to admit he's got 2 of Mahomes' 3 post season losses on a shelf somewhere.
And with that, any reason to watch the Superb Owl has died for me.
I woke up this morning expecting to only listen to 3 more hours of Romo this year. Oh well.

Look at it this way. If the 49er's win Ralph will take a huge L because his team lost to the Vickers team. If the Chiefs win Ralph will be high on the W of his team beating Vickers team and winning the Super Bowl that Ralph will take a massive L almost immediately after. Either way we win.
