I should have watched the pre-season a bit.

Nice of the NFL to completely remove the Kick-off as a consequential play due to "player safety".

It's so boring that they may as well not even show it, as the average kickoff seems to last about 10 seconds.

They should just steal all the 'unique' rules the XFL had, fuck it, why not

Whatever happened to Love's leg, it didn't look good.

Edit: as a Bears fan I'm fine with the Packers sucking dog nuts, but injuries like that always suck.

I knew theres no way god would let the Packers have a THIRD STRAIGHT HOF caliber franchise QB. I suppose we'll find out in the morning how bad it is, but he was walking off the field so it might not be so bad.

But if it is Brian Gutenkunst and Packers fans everywhere are gonna fuck a dude. bmj_loss.png

Three. Fucking. Turnovers. In the Eagles' red zone.
And the Packers turned that into 9 whole points.
Pathetic. I'm glad Love is probably injured for the rest of the season, they don't deserve success.

Giants, this is why you're bums. You let Barkley go. Now the Eagles get to have a top 3 runningback of the league.
Are we at the point in the Barkley cycle where we all collectively pretend he doesn't have ligaments made out of papier mache and a prayer?
It's legit a miracle none of the 4 times he literally slipped and fell over on that field took out a knee

As a Lions fan, I to am ok with the Packers fighting over last place with the Vikings. Didn't want to see either QB go down with leg injuries, tho.

I'm praying it was just because the Giants Oline was trash and let him take too many hits and he lights it up all season long like he did tonight.

That or the hands of fate transferred all the likelihood he'd bust a knee on to Jordan Love tonight. Either way, can't wait for next Monday. Hope Cam Jurgens and Hurts can have a come to jesus moment between now and then.

I mean, I was expecting Jordan Love to regress, and fuck the Packers in general, but still hate to see an injury*, especially this early in the season.

So if Love’s out long term, is this just the Lions division to lose?

*I don’t care if it makes me a hypocrite, I’m laughing hysterically if someone takes out Mahomes.

I don't watch much football commentary other than Perna and Mcaffe, so I more or less trusted Pat when he said it was gonna breathe new life in to the kickoff. And then it's just been nothing but touchbacks in these first two games like it's been for years. Never trusting that roided up shill to sell me on the league's retarded decisions ever again.

Ironically the third stringer bums in the pre-season made it interesting a few times in the games I watched, but I think that's the most "dynamic" we'll see it be this season.
