“Our Lord and Saviour Mahomes has been taken out of the game, 100-Yard Penalty and a Moment of Silence”

Considering their backup is what, Carson Wentz? They’d probably load Mahomes up on painkillers rather than trust Wentz…
The entire city would be burnt to the ground if Mahomes somehow gets hurt and Wentz were to beat the Birds. Someone might actually kill him.

Whelp... It hurt pretty bad, but I guess if you beat the number 1 seed, you gotta get punished. Commies couldn't look crosseyed without a foul, but Philly is the City of Brotherly Shove.

Phuck Philly.

Go Hogs.

See you in the Fall.

(Oh, yeah. Mark my words, that rule that can award a score to offense? Watch it be used in the Chiefs favor.)

refs not going to let KC lose.

I may be a Chiefs fan, but I know refball when I see it.

ETA: like that. Holding calls are the most arbitrary bullshit ever.

About the three consecutive encroachment penalties on Washington and the refs warning, yes there is a rule but it seems worded to be entirely subjective to the ref's opinion. https://operations.nfl.com/the-rules/nfl-rulebook/#penalty-summary

Rule 12, section 3, article 2. Fouls to Prevent a Score
The defense shall not commit successive or repeated fouls to prevent a score.

Penalty: For successive or repeated fouls to prevent a score: If the violation is repeated after a warning, the score involved is awarded to the offensive team.

and honestly I wasn't all the impressed by Philly.
I mean all they did was force and recover three fumbles, turn the ball over 0 times themselves, run all over the Commies, and be efficient passing the ball. And score 55 points. And turn Lattimore into one of the funnier embarrassing game-long meltdown losers in recent memory. Honestly, not that impressive

At this point I'm just waiting for Allen to throw the inevitable pants on head retarded interception to wrap this game up for Kansas City.
