I don't want to cheer for the Chiefs but I do want Gardner to succeed because of his mustache. What a moral quandary.

Chiefs eliminated by a clutch turnover against the backup QB. I don’t like the Chiefs but I hope Mahomes gets better. Seems like a decent guy.

If it ends up being his ACL, it's probably the best case scenario in terms of timing. Their season was over anyway, and he might not miss a game next year. Wentz tore his ACL almost on the exact same day back in 2017 and was back in week 3 the next year. With the way he plays, though, he's going to have to actually throw in rhythm and not scramble around 10 seconds every play.

Honestly, even if he was a s good as the hype suggested, it wouldn't matter because he's on the team where QB's go to die.

I'd almost feel bad for him if his fanboys were less annoying.
 
Without refs Mahomo couldn't tie a game against a QB in a cast and I don't care if they have to amputate his leg or euthanize him.

Meanwhile 'nowhere near as clutch' Allen comes back from 21-0 and has Maye choking back the tears GO BILLS

Nobody wants to say it but Mahomes has looked pretty fucking bad the past two seasons. He used to be really good at stepping up into the pocket. Now he's just throwing way too early. No human being can catch a ball when you get to the top of your route and look back and have like .2s to get it.

So if his knee is fucked that's basically just the end.

Shedeur could have played nice, been a back up at Baltimore, and been playing for a better team right now while Lamar falls apart

I hate the chiefs and Mahomes but I’d blame that more on the chiefs having a non-existent run game. If you’re forcing your QB to pass multiple times a down AND run so much that he’s the leading rusher, he’s probably gonna start to look wonky.

I’m already seeing people calling for Andy Reid’s job. Look, I hate the Bundleroosky commercials as much as anyone else does, but the Chiefs problems are less coaching more “an aging offence that is likely due a teardown of everyone not Mahomes” - like the guy or not, he’s got the talent, but football is not a one person game.

Also fucking lul, the Phillip Rivers led Colts are currently winning their game. Please Football Gods, I don’t ask for much, but let him take them to the Promised Land, it’d be the most fitting outcome of this season.
