Foles is gone, well fuck talk about casting the die. lol the Jags tho?

I'm still not sure on it, I want to eat my words and see Wentz do great things but I worry because his injuries slowing him down, like we suffered with Donovan and Vick. Those tastes are still in my mouth.

Gronk has announced his retirement.

Insane to think he's only 30. Definitely a 1st ballot Hall of Famer.
Heh, I'm glad he's getting out before he permanently cripples himself. Dude was an incredible athlete and player, but his body is just obviously too long to keep that up, he was constantly fucking up all his joints. There's a reason people don't usually get to be big AND tall AND strong AND not end up crippled from joint problems. Our bodies can't handle that much torque.

Welcome to the pre-season. I am all ready yelling at my tv. This is not a good sign of things to come. Melvin Gordon for the love of god come back we need a running back.

What do kiwis think of muh dude? Has he been shilled here before?

Why in the ever-loving hell would you schedule like eight preseason games all at the same time?

I swear I think the NFL does this shit just to lose money intentionally.

Damn it I missed the preseason game last night, fuck, now I'll never catch up.

So the real question: Do the pats win another superbowl this year? I say... yes. Unless they end up going against the giants, of course.

Also, what ridiculous "controversies" will we see this season? How many rule changes will have been made from last season specifically to counter things the patriots did?

But Big Dick Nick is in Jacksonville now, so that may warrant that we can get another AFC cockblocking. It would be him, Patty Mahomes who can throw real good, Andrew Neckbeard and of course Joe "Dont forget I won a Super Bowl" Flacco.

Watched the pre season eagles game.. don't remember it because got drunk and then handys with the Mrs. Eagles are highest rated madden team and apparently aside the Madden Curse, the team rating often breaks into something good in real life, go figure.

I have tickets to a Lions game in Nov, never been very excited.

well if it's anything like the lions games i've been to you'll probably see them lose. it's on my bucket list to see them win in person.

Post your honest, non-fanboy, predictions of your team's record.

Me:
Vikings 9-7
The Viks schedule looks fairly brutal; the out of conference games aren't cupcakes.

yeah the whole NFC North has a pretty brutal schedual, honestly i think it's just as likely that the lions go 10-6, as it is they go 6-10.
I don't think we'll know whos going to win the division til week 17, its the toughest division in the league, and despite what pundits will tell you, all the teams are pretty evenly matched.

Titans going 10-6 or 11-5
Very under the radar team with a fairly decent schedule.
Browns are being overhyped as fuck this year, next year they look scary.
AFC South has two good teams ( Titans, Colts), meh (Texans), and ass (Jags), so I expect 5-1/4-2 conference wise
Titans also have to play a weak as fuck AFC West, (Chargers having a down year, and we already know about Denver/Oakland), and a declining NFC South, so I think the Blue Army makes it into the playoffs with ease.

Also MM8 is a GOAT

Browns vs lions in the superbowl, both with perfect records.
