saudi arabia is getting rid of the pence rule more and more over time, ergo, saudi arabia is more progressive, than even us backwards, racist, sexist, imperial american's, are.
really makes yout hink, doesn't it

i also hide my fear of women, i mean i show how much of a good guy i am, by citing hte pence rule every time i woman crosses my path, i scream "MIKE PENCE MIKE PENCE" whenver a women gets within 25 feet of me, works very well

Looks like The Pence Rule may be spreading due to the #MeToo Movement:

Yeah, that's pretty much the exact thing we were trying to warn them about. Congratulations, Fourth-Wave Feminists, you're slowly succeeding at setting women back by 60+ years.

I hope this is just a shitpost. But I'm gonna respond as if you're being serious in your sarcasm.

They don't need a pence rule in saudi arabia because if a woman says she was raped she gets stoned to death. Really cuts down on rape accusations, real and made up.
It's not to show you're a good guy. It's so there's no moment someone can point to in the future and say "There, in that 5 minutes we were alone together, he looked at me, or raped me, or whatever".

Now, if men start accusing other men of rape in the same way, we'll need to expand the pence rule. And if people start making gangbang accusations things could get really complicated.

I think the Pence rule is more for just a professional setting. They are solid rules for avoiding a sexual harassment complaint. The problems come from those who take the Pence rule outside of the work place, and the people who make doing it relevant. Incels are sad, but things like what happened to Kavanaugh give them justification. I have big aspirations, I don't want them to come crashing down because I run afowl of those who see themselves on "the right side of history". It was a chilling event to see one deranged nutbag screech rape, have EVERY PERSON she put up as a witness call her crazy and a liar, and still have the mainstream establishment treat the guy as if he were a baby and them a pitbull. We're heading into a cultural dark age.

I think it's a good idea. My family moved to a small town when I was 7 and everyone there saw us as outsiders. Which means I got a lot of false accusations well into my 30's from inbred hicks trying to start trouble. The only way I could survive was to avoid even the slightest appearance of impropriety.

YMMV, of course.

You can't do anything to stop the woman from lying, as Kavanaugh has shown, but you make it obvious she's full of shit by leaving no openings for her to misconstrue situations and thus make her lies look credible.

People still #believethevictm even when the the accuser is proven a bullshitter. The only way to stop this trend is the threat of violence or the surveillance state.

In this day and age, the Pence Rule is probably the safest thing a man can do. Crap like #metoo has made it a necessity even for the most straitlaced and morally upstanding man to have an ironclad alibi to avoid any hint of impropriety.

I mourn for the day when most men (save the obvious creeps) were generally trusted to keep their hands where they belonged in most public situations, but it's unlikely such trust will ever be regained.
