Back in my town there were a few kids who were really into emo shit back in the mid 00's, they of course have moved on long ago and now look like average people their age, but imagine if they had gone trans. While that is true i think most of these girls are terminally online and/or terminally autistic too so i imagine their social contacts are very limited, no chance of getting banged by a chaser/drunk guy if you never leave the house. The "more mental illness" thing is a given, what mentally sound girl/woman would even think about getting a bilateral mastectomy of healthy breast tissue in the first place?
