Good work on digging up a potential origin for these weird little creatures. I put together the OP in a hurry because I was immediately fascinated by these grotesque gremlin creatures, and the ones I could find were scattered throughout various threads, so I wanted somewhere to get them all together.
It remains a work in progress and I'll add to it as more info about them is discovered, I've added what you found about u/babybabybaby222 to the OP and credited you and the comment you pointed it out.

Is there an MTF equivalent to this? This is really interesting and even though horrifying, creative.
I can´t recall ever seeing such a phenomenon among the true and honest girldick-havers. At least nothing that´s this level of self-aware.

I think the closest equivalent is the (most grotesque) trans wojaks. Some of them are made by /tttt/ posters

That said, they're obviously just wojaks designed to mock trans people, so lack the specificity or unhingedness that you get with pooners. Maybe some of the greentexts they churn out? I actually think YWNBAW was written by a self hating MtF there.

Baby pooner's dream

This Li'l Pooner depicted here seems to be a recurring character, wether it's from the same artist or not, I think maybe its because it's the Pooner a lot of IRL Pooners can relate to, as they look at older Pooners that are further down the road, they hope one day to be as heccin' valid.

This seems to be the original image that is referenced in the other drawings

In the accompanying art for the Monkey Pox Party story, (where the Pooner who was invited ended up crying in the bathroom like a true ManlyBroDood) this little Pooner can be seen standing in the corner, looking like a fish out of water, the strap on she bought for the Party standing proud but sadly unused.

In this picture, referencing the original image, the Li'l Pooner remembers and dreams...

And then in this touching look back, the Big Pooner from the original image is surprised to see the Li'l Pooner, now teets yeeted and pumped full of T, finally has "got there" wherever "there" is, and the story of our little fish out of water is complete.
I'll keep an eye out for this particular Pooner appearing, it just stood out to me that this Dood has appeared a few different times now.
