Never in my life have I seen a pooner fall behind from their decision the way MTFs do, when an mtf happens people think "oh that's a sex pest" when a ftm happens people think "oh I feel sorry for he- I mean him" or just plain revere them for being so brave. I think TERFs and radfem ideology contribute to the creation of pooners by infusing young women who listened to them with paranoid fear of men, exaggerated privileges and position of males compared to them, and extremely negative view of womanhood. Radfems might frame these text as reasons why you should join them in creating a better world but the words out of context are arguably even worse than what any male misogynist can spat out about women.

And when you're a woman who disagrees with both radfems and gender shit, it's easy to feel lost, like you don't really belong anywhere - I've had pleasant conversations with some of the more moderate TERFs but the talk of cutting men out of your life to live a more "woman-centred" existence, demonising heterosexuality while putting lesbianism on a pedestal and unironic use of cringeworthy terms like "herstory" is where they lose me. Though at least in their case they only want to change people's thinking, whereas genderism advocates for changing one's mind and body, and there are some women who get called "TERFs" by the gender freaks but the RF part doesn't necessarily apply, particularly not to the ones who are coming at it more from the perspective of a mother wanting to protect her kids or detransitioned and moved more to the right politically.

I want to know why there is a subreddit dedicated to transsexual obesity, but I am too terrified to look. Secondly, women store fat tissue completely differently than men do and even with zippertits she's still going to look like a walmart sow if she continues overeating.

I'm sure they exist but they're usually into the fat positivity/skipping snacks is an eating disorder mindset well before trans stuff. The closest seems to be the ones who were fat before transitioning thinking that their hips are cartoonishly large due to bone structure, and don't realize that most of their boobs are fat. Usually, I find those who think that transitioning will especially work for them because they view their obesity as masculine, it's not dainty and it's easier for them to find clothes that fit in the men's selection. Not to mention the 'men drink beer and eat steak and potatoes, women eat like birds' stereotype they feel proves their gender identity. A lot of them also think that fat helps them pass because testosterone is supposed to give them a male fat pattern.
