I was at the Wisconsin State Fair today and every year, this group called the Kids from Wisconsin performs a show choir revue. Kids 15-20 are chosen every year from all across the state. The showcase was phenomenal but one pooner was such an eyesore. She stood out instantly from her bio, conspicuously using "they/them" pronouns. Then she got on stage and could barely do the dances because of how fat she was. She had boobs that could be man boobs but I've seen really fat girls with titties like that. Her hips seemed wider than her shoulders.

But the real confounding factor was that her voice didn't sound like a frog voice. Here's a video of her singing:

I think this is probably the biggest giveaway. I did know a few FtMs in college and except for one fat sheboon with huge tits who unironically called herself a "Lesbiman", the other ones had the main goal of not being clocked. Tumblr rotted Gen Z's brain and made most trannies not even want to try and pass.

As a gay guy, it's really weird and sad to me watching being gay go from a point of bonding between gay men who had to grow up in the closet to it now being only valued insomuch as it can get you attention and oppression points. And honestly, since 2015 or so, the "LGBT+" movement has demonized gay men since we're statistically the largest group (people who call themselves lesbians are rarer than gay men and even half of those will regularly have sex with men and stop identifying as a lesbian at some point in time). At that point, all political activist gays I knew (and trust me, they're NOT the majority of gays; most gay guys don't really care that much) stopped identifying as gay and start identifying as "queer".

So yeah, this gay guy distancing himself from being a "cis white gay" (search Twitter for that phrase and you'll find a goldmine of tranny cringe) makes sense with the they/them rather than being a female BPD enby.
