I'm playing 3 with nearly all the DLC installed. Is there anything to actually do once you have fuck you money? I get six figures a week without even needing to work a job. Maybe having a family, but I'm an immortal money-hungry monster who invented the fucking Time Machine to maximize stock holdings.

The "Dynasty Gameplay" trailer is out, and again is all mostly recycled systems from past EPs, and not much actual "Dynasty" gameplay.


Even the Dynasty Warriors games would have more actual Dynasty gameplay than this.

Real. I booted up my game a few days ago and discovered that all my family portraits in multiple households were blacked out. Immediately lost interest and haven't been able to bring myself to play since then.

tbh the gay shit bothers me more then the black shit, the black shit is only annoying to me when combined with the gay shit, its like they are trying to market a video game exclusively to black lesbians, like I get these companies can inflate their stock prices by ragebaiting but even then what the fuck is Andrew Wilson even smoking with this shit
 
Midsummer Studios, which was co-founded by former Sims producer Grant Rodiek, has shut down. The life sim game that they were working on was called Burbank.

Considering that Grant Rodiek was involved in much of the stupid omissions with The Sims 4, i.e. dog houses, the game has some AI use, and the they were trying to base it off of The Truman Show, it's no wonder why the studio went belly up. Depending on how Paralives turns out, EA and The Sims may end up pulling another Luigi and winning by doing absolutely nothing.

the legacy and whateverthefuck dlc is confirmed to be the one that was LEAST MONEY SPENT ON TO MAKE so yeah. i been pirating the game for years mostly because of the stupid shit they been pulling to be woke instead of focusing fixing their broken game but since anadius is down does anyone know another place to get the newer dlcs? i used some girl's website for a short while but she got struck so ye

cs.rin.ru should have everything you need for Sims 4. Also do you mean fitgirl's website? What got struck? The latest Sims 4 is on there too I think. I haven't played in a year or 2 so I'm not sure how functional it all is, just second-hand info.

Anyone have a mod that completely and totally eliminates the cellphone from the game? I don't want any functionality from it, no calls/texts, no ordering/traveling or social crap, no idle animations of sims playing games on the toilet or whatever. Everything I can find on search engines just removes a few animations but not the entire phone itself. I'd play the game again if that became a base feature, plus the return of newspapers, magazines, landlines, real grocery shopping, etc. If I wanted to live in the 21st century I'd just go outside and live life. The Sims should be exclusively 20th century, or earlier for spinoffs like the Medieval game.

I want to like 3 so badly but 1) sims are TES IV potato abominations, 2) building in 4 is so incredible that I can't imagine going backwards, even if I get a color wheel, 3) it performs like ass, even the base game with no packs or store items. My complaints are starting to fall apart though because now 4 is full of hideous clown demons, and it also performs like ass, so the only reason to play is building. Does 2 have in depth sim creation? I am really spoiled with all the sliders. If I can make accurate-looking Alfred E. Neuman or Cyrano de Bergeracs in 2 then I'll settle for it.

thank you! and no it is not fitgirl's website, it was someone else who picked up where anaidues left off and tried to sell it back to people at first but then pressured by the community to make it all free but then got struck down all while trying to make it thru patreon lmao

i don't know about such mods you are talking of but i feel you. i will ask around for you if such mods exist in the wild and even is possible to make them

uhm, it depends on what you mean by "depth" but if you use body shop that comes with the game (you can download it externally too) it has much more sliders than the in game CAS which is really just some stupid bs thing to pull. and ofc you can always download more sliders as mods but you prolly wanna keep it vanilla. what i liked about sims 2 is how the genetics work in that game because it is like real life and the kids look similar to their parents even grandparents and i never got that vibe from either 3 or 4 ever
