If you don’t mind using S4Studio + a texture editor of your choice (Photoshop, Gimp, hell you might even be able to use MS Paint for this), you can fix the woke crap in buy mode.
- There’s a pride flag and some visual-vomit pride paintings. You can make overwrite mods for all of them. You can do the same for the pride shirts in CAS if you really want to.
It’s pretty easy, but if you need help I can whip up a quick screenshot tutorial later.
- The mutilation surgery scars can probably be overwritten as tattoos using the same method above. I’m not sure, I should try it at some point.
The gross gender special sims can be deleted out of your save. Though you’ll have to do it each save. There’s one in San Sequoia (trans “‘mom”), there’s one either in the magic world or the vampire world (Embyr or something, it’s non-binary).
I’m not sure about the rest. MCCC should be able to control it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the creator hasn’t allowed it.

Sooo.... its basically what happens irl when fat men try to put on clothes for plus size women??? The clothes get strechted out in weird ways because of different fat distribution? Male pants look awful on women with wide hips?? Lmao, some realism in the sims 4 at last.
Even if they changed it to fit better it would still not be flattering on that ogre for obvious reasons.
These people will never be happy with anything. Now theyre mad all the digital womens clothes werent tailored with fat male frames in mind too.

Ironically they could make a male character with a female voice with female clothing in a game from 2008, but it would look like shit, as the clothes would stretch out as you'd expect. The GOTR Lara Croft outfits look funny on a beefed up male character.
And by the end of it you'd be doing dumb shit with it like spraying the city with shit, running over pedestrians on a flaming quad, surfing on cars, throwing yourself onto oncoming traffic or just blowing shit up, so they would bitch about not living out their fantasy of being a useless sack of shit on top of their character looking disgusting.

That painting is a collaboration the game made with some unknown artist a few years ago.
There's another one with colorful genderblobs. It's hideous.
I wonder if it's possible to remove those items with Sims 4 studio.

Looking at all of that shit I'm glad I stuck to TS2 and TS3, despite these games' own issues such as TS3's same face syndrome on NPCs (easily fixable with mods, though) and general crankiness of both at times.
Too bad most of the CC is made for PS4 nowadays, making looking for older games' CC more tiresome.

Ah yes of course, sell an actual romance pack, an essential thing people have begged for, at the price of an expansion - and then stuff it full probably with pride shit and empty animations, perhaps a puddle-deep long-distance relationship "mechanic". Nothing makes me more bitter than TS4 does.
