New I remember this blog, now long since deleted, where a guy chronicled his experiences playing Sims 1 or 2, not sure which. He set out to create the laziest, most useless Sim possible and named this glorious bottomfeeder "Bruno Porno" or something equally stupid. Bruno's greatest achievement in life was when he took out the trash while pissing his pants. Bruno met a most peculiar demise. He did not like the music being played by the radio, but since he was too lazy to turn it off, he got stuck in a loop and died from exhaustion.

Beyond the weird fetish mods, most of the community has been taken over by two factions: the diversity police (as seen on SimSecret, where there's complaints every week about the appropriation of mental illness, sperging about how smol and gay certain characters are, or whining that players aren't playing black sims "well enough") and the hardcore EA shills (who buy up every pack and piece of DLC regardless of price and shame those who don't).
