Oreo was 10 when she died, which was up there in the years for her breed. The effects that Spoony's horrible lifestyle had on her likely just sped up the inevitable. The new dog has Miles as insurance anyway.

Oreo reached a decent age for a Jack Russell Terrier, with proper care and lesser recessive genes they can mature to like 14 years. Unless I'm mistaken about her breed or there's a setter in it somehow. The biggest part of Spoony's neglect, I think, would be physical activity. Releasing her into the backyard and maybe a stroll to the convenience Store wouldn't cut it. Plus, the Yard is stanked up big time meanwhile and the poor animal knew. Over the last four years, I doubt Oreo had to catch a single Frisbee or interact with other dogs. Some Burrito leftovers and Tortilla Chip crumbs do the rest.
Anyone think he kept some of Oreo's toys 'n kibbles for the New dog?

And that 5e review was Spoony bitching like a kid for an hour about art being too anime or something. He didn't even playtest it.

To be specific she was a jug dog (Jack Russell-pug mix) which tend to have shorter lifespans because pug genes are shitty.

Poor Oreo probably didn't have her own toys. Spoony's need for nerd/geek junk that he was hoarding thanks to the paypig blood money, was wayyy more important.

She did have her own toys indeed, this here is a video where he played with her using them. Aside from the vacuum-like sound you can hear there are squeaky toys, and see some on the right.
In this one, she playfully runs around the coffee table. When Spoony played with her and needed video material for TSE, he'd use his own props like a Lightsaber or whatever the video demands (e.g. "Skullduggery" = bowl of nacho chips, beer bottle).
Wether he bought them himself or Miles n family sprung for some, that dog was proud enough to own her personal toys.
Good to know. Spoony already had some interaction with Lindsay's pug in the accordion recital cutaway joke (FF13 XIII).

Edit: Uh oh, she told a pro about her fantasies and baiting. I'm not sure about CA, but most states it's required by law to do a 72 hour check on this.
I reported it for suicide. I don't think she'd really do it but saying you have a 'figured' out how to do it.. Really kinda sad. Spoony baited, but he made sure everyone knew he was harmless. This girl? I dunno.. Warthog also recently spent a weekend in the clink for baiting. We'll see.
