Me and him fought a lot because he hates Mormons (his family is Mormon and you can tell by a certain sticker on the back of their minivan that I can personally attest to lol), and I always thought he was as old as me. Not some kid. Now it's weird, because now it's clear he's just mad at his parents for making him go to church on Sunday and clean his room lol.

I used to work with a guy similar to him, he got shitcanned where I worked at the time because he would drink on the job, as well as take xannyberries. I won't say where I worked because unlike the special individuals in the OP, I like many regular users, have a sense of self-preservation online. But for context, the job involved operating heavy machinery. Making it an extreme fucking safety hazard to employ someone showing up drunk and zooted. I kept tabs on him as a personal lolcow of sorts on Facebook because while unemployed (he still is 10+ years later as far as I know) he would write paragraph after paragraph of insane schizoposts about politics, streamers he liked, etc at like 2pm, y'know, when most people are at work? Knowing someone like that IRL and how pathetic and sad they are makes me believe that a lot of the terminally online types you see, especially here on KF, probably aren't much different than that guy or @Ricardo Cumsox. No prospects in life, no future, no goals, everyday melding together with one day being no different than the next. Creating a sort of black hole of depression, addiction, and autism. You can just call that "being a NEET" I guess, but to me it's a lot sadder and more pathetic to have that be your life in your 30s/40s rather than your early 20s.

The reason why my worldview is the way it is, is because of my life experiences. It’s probably the reason why I watch synth in the first place. I have literally been made fun of by someone three times my age because I ate a salad. A fucking salad. I have a job like everyone else, and I see people all the time and notice the way they act.
