I think it ended in "Watchmen"?

Yes, I'm the man in the pickle suit from the Emiry date.

The initial concept of a man in a pickle suit came from before me, back during the Blanca saga. I was inspired by that and got a pickle suit. Then I stole Chris' date, as you can recall.

Was Emily Asian?

Wasn't that just Chris being horrible with faces?

At first glance, I read "faces" as "feces" |:(

She wasn't.

I can see Bob and barb avoid The Talk with Chris just simply because he's autistic, with an idea along the lines of "well since he's retarded he probably will never figure it out on his own anyways". Chris avoided paying attention during sex-ed if photos or drawings of pickles were involved (I don't know how to compare Arizona to other states pre-1999 because it was the first state to make abstinence-only sex-ed mandatory and the only type available in schools), but then again he barely paid attention in other classes.

Me, personally? I must have asked very young because I don't remember asking or learning, just knowing that penis + vagina = sex = possible babies.

Depending on how conservative the school system is, he may have gotten a crash course in sex and sexual health in high school in gym/health class. Chances are if that's the case only condoms, STIs and pregnancy were touched on since most of the time it's bare minimal info.
No way in hell Borb had a healthy, open dialog. I know Chris told Barb about his masturbation habits but I doubt Chris had any real guidance. Maybe Bob mentioned something at some point, but I'm sure it wouldn't be anything actually useful.

I don't really think Borb ever considered Chris as someone who would have sex (or get married, start a family... or get a job, move out....)

when do you think chris was given the "birds and the bees" talk? or do you think he was given it at all? based on his strange views of sexuality and intercourse i kinda think his parents might have been too old fashioned or didn't care enough to ever bring it up and he kinda just picked up bits and pieces from porn and the internet.
Dude...HE. DRANK. HIS. OWN. SEMEN.

I was given the talk by an actual doctor in school when I was 14, which is the local legal age.

Is the same not required in the US?

Sex-ed classes are common. I think they are required.

Chris has discussed them, but only in the context of how he thought there should be Dating education too, so he could learn how to get laid. My guess is that he didn't really retain much because sex wasn't on his radar at that point.

Then when he started getting interested in sex, he had to figure it out for himself. I think a lot of people, myself included are in the same boat. Sex wasn't on the table for me until 17 or 18, long after sex-ed. But it's really not that hard to figure out. Use protection. Do whatever feels good for you and a willing partner.

I tend to wonder how much sex-ed could possibly help Chris. No sex-ed teacher has ever told kids that drinking their own semen is not a good way of preserving sperm. Because no kid has ever thought it was.

Do we know that Chris did not have another motive for drinking it? He may have just liked to drink it for the sake of drinking it. The recycling part could have been just some convenient thing he made himself believe in so he could justify his liking of his own taste.
