At worst, he couldn't expand his chest to breathe properly because of several different factors that, individually, were safe procedures. Additionally, he would have been fine if he hadn't had several contributing health problems including having just downed a bunch of fentanyl.

Do I have this right based on the testimony so far? As a reminder, this is just after the prosecution has finished their case.

If they didn't arrest him, they would have been incredibly negligent to the public letting an extremely intoxicated man drive off in a car, wasted out of his gourd, and likely to kill random pedestrians.
