Prosecution is back in play, and they are going for the whole "pain=use of force" schtick again.

3 objections by Nelson overruled, but the judge has added "on those grounds," as if to hint there is something else Nelson should be objecting to.
It's hilarious that this is even an argument to begin with. Pain does not mean you should release the restraint on a suspect.

I blame it on the witness arguing that Floyd wasn't feeling pain.

the latter. Defense is bringing it back in and the prosecution's objections are getting btfo
How? I feel like Nelson just re-tread the points he made during direct.

I still think there's plenty of reasonable doubt, a la the drugs and Floyd's health.

Well I mean, if I had an enlarged heart twice what it should be, arteries looking like some hot pockets and was methed outta my mind, I'd probably be in pain too.

Yeah, and there's a huge difference between a carpet burn and a crushing heart attack. And whatever the prosecution alleges killed the man.

Let's be honest though, if you're on enough drugs you can likely feel no pain. Plenty of footage where a suspect has eaten enough bullets to kill a bear and still running

Again, all I can say to this mind-melting retardation is, "go back and watch the jury selection."

Obligatorily pointing out the irony of a kiwi bitching and moaning about doxing
I dont care if they get doxed you fucking tard saying I'm saying it's something they need to worry about because it will happen
>source: dude trust me

Forget the jury selection, forget all the stuff jurors themselves said, forget all the intense questioning from the attorneys and the legal repercussions that come from breaking their oaths, forget all the previous trials with near identical (or worse) setups that went not guilty, I- a random retard online, providing no argument besides "everyone else are sheeple"- have proven beyond a doubt that this case is already decided because they're all afraid of doxXXXXxxXXXXxxxxing!
I don't mind you retards spamming the same doomposting every day, but at least get some new material for the presentation. Even like one specific feature or detail would be fine, but it's literally just "yeah theyre all dumb nigger cattle (unlike me) who have already been told what to do!!!!" day in and day out
Wow absolutely nothing about what I said but OK. I did however say that it is impossible for an impartial jury at this point because of the Propaganda fest. Which would have an implicit bias on the jury. But go on and continue being a retarded faggot

Speculation might be the obj. the judge is looking for.

We know he is in pain: my neck, my back, my stomach hurts. But we don't know what was causing GF pain much less if it was the use of force.

I think it is proper form to laugh and shitpost no matter who is winning. I'm here to have fun, after all.
Yeah. Even though the prosecution can flail about for the entire trial day, one comeback and defense is on the ropes all of a sudden. When does it end? Feels like I'm looking at the impeachment trial again.

Lovin' the sneed memes though. Keep 'em coming.

I'm a midwit confused by the use of double negative here. Does he mean it was reasonable or does he mean it was not reasonable?
The prosecutor basically asked "Are you saying that Chauvin wasn't actually preventing him getting hit by a car by holding him there?" and the witness said "No, I'm not saying that."

Fucking bizarre.
