Shockingly, witnesses aren't there to be interesting. They're there to give their testimony to the best of their abilities. If you listened to the potatonigger yesterday and found the grand takeaway to be "wow look how he's treating the jury like children" then maybe he's a shit witness.

To be fair, I doubt his testimony would've been that useful since he probably would have spent 90% of the time pleading the 5th.

I know I've said this before but it's genuinely stunning how these people are only impressed by legal procedural drama shit. If they marched in James Spader to describe his favorite DMX song these people would cum themselves to death and say white people are now illegal.

*put on sunglasses to become the 'cool' oldfag user*

Alright, let me tell you a story. What a lot of you newfags don't realize is that KiwiFarms was originally a site built around documenting and laughing at one person and one person only: Christian Weston Chandler. We weren't even called KiwiFarms back then!

As times went by, more and more users joined up and introduced us to newer people to document and laugh at. Around the year [sometime prior to your join date], we had a sudden influx of politispergs from the fringe corners of the internet; as the political landscape of the United States shifted more towards identity politics and Big Tech companies began banning the undesirables (rightfully so, I might add), more and more people joined KiwiFarms, but there was a problem: None of these people had joined to laugh at lolcows, hell, they cared nothing for lolcows! All they cared about was politisperging and talking about [whatever politics that's the opposite of what *I* like].

What once was a tight community of people who knew each other by heart, who had seen the origins of JULAAAAY, who had seen [random schizo event no one gives a fuck about], is turned into a vast cesspool of people who don't agree with me politically. I don't even know half the users in this site anymore! Now most of the people who join up don't even know who Chris is, most of them don't even know who [random obscure 'lolcow' that I passionately alog because he is a carbon copy of me] is.

No, you know what, thank you. We don't need your kind here. Not only is closing down A&H a good thing to do; it's the right thing to do.
What's happened now is that everyone can be a lolcow now.
Back then a lolcow was special since he would be above your average internet rabble, revealing so much about themselves and entering a deranged abstract world where you can't help but laugh.
Nowadays all you need to have a thread is to have a twitter and say "Die CIS Scum" or "I Hate Niggers".
Although I don't miss the odd years when all you had to do to get a thread was to stand out in the farms and get Fatwa'd.

If I remember right, it's because the dude could've been implicated in Floyd's death because he provided the drugs.

Hence the State refusing to give him immunity. It's fucked up and shouldn't happen because the DA should be seeking to convict the guilty party but right now they are trying to railroad another party. This is what happens when the rule of law is subverted for political ends, and the long term effect is the destruction of civil society.

So what exactly was the reasoning on this ruling?
MN 3rd degree murder statute has a clause about providing substances that result in the death of a person, and the dude was his drug dealer.

I'm probably lacking in my understanding of trials since I'm not a lawyer, just like to play one on the internet but wouldn't this be exactly something you would want in a trial?
The DEFENSE wants it, not the prosecution. He's not going to testify on something that might incriminate himself and is claiming the 5th amendment right to not self incriminate. And the prosecution is being a bunch of niggerfaggots and not granting him immunity.

Tbf that isn't new. I remember reading back in ancient Rome going and watching court was a popular thing to do if you were one of the free citizens with nothing better to do. And even then it was much more feels over reals. Evidence meant shit if the opposer could deliver a good speech.
