So I get that if I were a jury member, I wouldn't be allowed to call the prosecution a bunch of fags. But, what if I couldn't control myself and just started laughing after the prosecution's rebuttal? Would I have been held in contempt or removed?

Despite having read every page, I’ve not commented much for several reasons- 1) my work schedule, which has led to me mainly playing catch-up, and 2) my concurrence with existing posts/not wanting to be redundant. They're going to riot no matter what. But if there's a hung deadlocked jury, and the judge doesn't force them to stay until they're not deadlocked, this all starts over -- and the defense will know about the 98% O2 levels that the prosecution tried to hide from them.

appeals court judge will be under just as much political pressure as the jurors are in this trial. appeal will go nowhere and achieve nothing for chauvin.
