I'm not a lawfag, but just for the record, what legal grounds does Chauvin and Nelson have to appeal this?

Now I'm just here for the doomfags and blackpills to start coping and crying about how the cucked and worthless right can still win or how America only just now became unfair and a betrayal of it's foundings.

Cope away. Remember redditards and twitter ghouls are always watching.
Lol it wouldn't matter if Tyrone literally anally raped most civnats. They'll still trust the plan™.

Oh well, I was expecting him to get cuffed anyways. Like I said earlier, they woulda stuck him with SOMETHING. All three tho is unexpected.

But thats not really why I am here on the thread; I wanna see shit BURN.

Come on BLM, don't disappoint me now!

Hope big cities' covid cases spike as high as hell from this shit, morons about to enact biological warfare against themselves lmao

What bothers me the most is not the specific case / JUSTICE. I just wanted to see the transformation of America to Brazil accelerate.

Riot season was pretty /comfy/, and now rather than a full orgasm, we'll barely get a handjob. Some botched lvl 2 chimpouts (at most).

Well, till next time

I think watching the US become a shithole like brazil might just redpill enough europeans to stop importing people.

Literally can't believe anyone voted for anything but this. Told ya so

No, because if you had a guy just shoot someone else in front of you and are worried about being shot yourself, you’re going to try and defend yourself or catch whoever did it. They were acting in their own defense, and that of the larger crowd.
I am a reasonable person that won't run to attack someone with a visible gun and corned, at least not running at them in group. But who I am, but continue to defend psychos and pedos. I sure you have your motives

Felony assault. Essentially the jury believed that the protection of the badge for his actions went beyond the bounds of reasonable force at a point and thus became assault, felony level assault.
Assault in the 3rd degree.
Thanks. I had missed this bit. It all makes sense now.

I had honestly assumed the protection of the badge would stick. Cops are usually allowed to be tougher than the average citizen. Interesting stuff this trial.

Ah I see. That makes sense now. Thank you. That was the bit I was missing. I hadn’t watched the whole trial so I didn’t know the felony assault came into play. Though it makes sense... I also just assumed any assault charge went out the window because ... police. Ya know?
It should have been out as the cop had to make a judgement call with two rookies and a mob shouting at them, but the lack of understanding on the laws, and how much leeway police get in arresting a suspect is almost total even in this thread.
