Judging from the comments, it is a pro-ship and anti-ship community bad video with a "nuanced" take on how both communities are garbage but art is still damaging if it is done for the "wrong reasons"
honestly i dont understand how people let shit they hate live in their heads rent free and plenty of survivors like romanticized problematic relationships, abuse, etc. because it can be cathartic. They don't need to be told it is toxic, they're wishing it wasn't. Like being glad that they can write about a problematic relationship that wasn't as toxic or damaging to the characters as it would be irl and all that shit. Romanticizing and fetishizing something can just be another coping mechanism in many cases because the brain is fucking weird and sometimes turns things you hate and terrify you into things you find arousing in a controlled situation. It's like a simulated loss of control. In fiction, it is all just a simulation. None of it is real and it won't hurt you.
Also why tf are people calling it pedophilia if a character has big ass tits? If anything Iruru is a a midget and irl children literally do not develop breasts that large unless they have a medical issue. not to mention, iruru works in a convenience store so if anything she is like, a young adult.

I remember I was in Ponytown (I mostly went there to shitpost on my days off) when Ilulu was announced for season 2 and I mentioned that I liked her. And since it has a high concentration of antis and wannabe pedo hunters, they couldn't believe that I would be attracted to a character like that. When they tried to accuse me of being a pedophile over this, I simply replied, "Why would a pedophile like Ilulu, the massive tits seem more like a deterrent."
Because I gave them that answer, they spent hours insulting and arguing with me saying I should stay away from kids. They also got mad at the joke avatar I was using called "horny eevee" which was based on that infamous Plague of Gripes animation about sexy Pokémon. Granted I always stayed on the 18+ server so it wasn't even against the rules, but alas that account ended up getting banned due to me being reported by a bunch of minors. Also they tried doxing me to scare me away, but I just laughed at it.
It's just really funny to me that this character causes more salt than Kanna. I guess shortstacks are the true enemy of antis.

The way Ponytown's servers are set up are usually divided into 2 categories; the "safe" PG server and the 18+ server where anything goes. They also have servers for different regions as well; such as Latin America, Russia, and China. The minors in Ponytown feel like they're entitled to the 18+ server so that they can use profanity without any filters, but they don't like it when people talk about anything sexual because it could "trigger" someone. I've heard reports of grooming in the PG servers but I don't know how credible that is since it's very difficult to prove without actively recording someone. The way chat works is a lot like Gaia Online where there's a speech bubble above your avatar whenever you type something. You also can't post links in the chat either.
I just think the minors or the weird adults who enable them just get high on calling random people pedophiles over dumb shit. In my case they threatened to call the police on me because I liked anime titties. I scoffed at their threats and they decided to escalate things further by getting others who were in the area to report my account. Apparently some of them got banned due to their pathetic attempt to dox me, but the mods were pretty much like, "Sorry your account is permanently banned

As long as something is "gross" then it's unacceptable even if it doesn't create victims. If it isn't gross to do then you're perfectly fine to do it even if it is telling people to kill themselves.
