Yes, he sells plasma to have money. Think he freeloads off his grandparents. He acts like he's rich and privileged, and he's been lying about it for so long he might actually believe it himself now, but as far as I can tell, he doesn't have a regular job or income.

Digging deeper into this site we can find he has a poor understanding of what CP is. Or at least one that would conceivably allow him to pull mental gymnastics on himself about it.

This is known as the fraud triangle, however it can be applied to virtually any crime which is rationalized and therefore not a form of insanity. In this case the crime posting nudes to lolicon boards of simulated CP.

He is the very definition of poverty, broke as a joke with no hope on a rope. at $5 a pop orm $50 / 100 Akemi is a shrewd and very messed up business man. His only other sources of income are his adoptive grandparents and his blood plasma donations. Furthermore he has an obsession with spending money on hentai garbage and loli crap.

Is there a rationalization? Yes
He goes on and on and on about how he is virulently anti-CP yet seems to be well aware that he treads into pedophile waters (aka, the kiddie pool) and even seems to have a very self serving definition of "pedophile" which is flexible at best and outright troubling at worst. Again also he can rationalize this with his poverty, he's gotta eat to replace that blood plasma after all...

Is there an opportunity? Yes
Yaya looks like one of those girls that grows up tiny bc she is undernourished, she is clearly poorly educated. Furthermore she seemed to either recognize this as a financial opportunity or, more likely, was pressured into it for Akemi's private use and she never intended for the pics to be sold. Ironically this production and manner of usage would have been legal had he not distributed it based on what I can tell. I would say there is definitely a question as to her capacity to resist it.

This guy wouldn't have a good affirmative defense here either as you can see in the 2012 case cartoon porn is still porn under the law and he can't prove the characters aren't children. Honestly makes you wonder about hentai and it's legality all together.

I'm not exactly sure about how he got his misunderstanding of constitutional law. I can only assume he got it from Alex Jones. Let me assure everyone however that the constitution protects the government's interests much more so than ours and it is very difficult if not impossible to make a defense on constitutional law for a criminal act unless an amendment allows that act. It can be attempted from prison as an appeal, and since he would have a lot of free time, I guess he could get a law degree in prison and go for it. That being said it would fail BC there is no amendment it fits under.

As far as amending the state constitution, not possible from prison. That requires you to be able to vote and if caught he would have to live in a shitty motel since he wouldn't be able to live within a large radius of minors, not to say the least felons can't vote. An amendment requires at least a 50% majority and sometimes more in other states, depending on the state some are almost impossible to get non-marijuana related constitutional amendments through in. The fact that he knows he had to go that far anyway is an acknowledgement of the criminality of his acts.

In short Akemi, it's really entertaining to watch you spin your wheels but a 10th grade education is not capable of handling the subtleties of a legal system based on case law... I'll be cool and even tell you how your bust will go down, see you will be one of probably a few dozen in a federal roundup that happens in the early hours of the morning, they will bust in, start shooting at shit that isn't even there and if you are still alive, beat the shit out of you, process you then take you to the ICU. If you are killed, they will put a gun in your hands and say you shot first, there will be no investigation. If not after you are discharged you will begin your new life as a prison bitch, it involves, bending over with your asinine shirts on and making noises like your anime girls for really big guys with AIDS. For the record it wouldn't matter if I hadn't reported you, someone as vocal as you will get themselves put on a NSA watch list. Even then, you could just get picked up to make quota, after all the cops have to eat too...
