I am not dismissing your input, but I disagree. "Don't worry about it" is not "good enough". "Ignore it" is not "good enough". Any browser with a baked-in LLM is not "good enough". That is, frankly, gay, if not retarded. Web browsers can be run without integrated LLMs and crypto miners. I know they can, I have seen it, I watched it happen for decades. I am simply asking if there is a preferred way to achieve that functionality in a modern, relatively-secure browser. I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation.Avoid regedit directly. That has a tendency to lead to future problems with updates. Stick with gpedit. Don’t worry too much about bloat. Turn off the startup apps and ignore it. A few hundred megabytes isn’t a big deal. Any browser that supports uBlock origin (or the Brave browser) is good enough.
Also Ease of Access > Turn off unnecessary animations will make everything feel snappy
I understand that trying to denigger Windows will always be an uphill battle but that's what I'm here for, if I wanted to close my eyes and cover my ears and acquiesce to a corporation's dick in my ass I wouldn't be posting in this thread.
