Do they do the same for Chrome and Opera? The article doesn't say. It would be interesting if Microsoft was only targeting non-Chromium-based browsers now that Trident has officially kicked the bucket.
I’d love to use 10 but with all the misused xml script injection or the complicit use of SMB shares. Amazing concept to use, now let me use it without you adding moon runes to my slutty registry. Stop using tasks from the task list that haven’t been run from 1999 and stop forcing me into vb releases.Get Windows 8.1 Pro and install Classic Shell.
Can you tell a little more about this?I’d love to use 10 but with all the misused xml script injection or the complicit use of SMB shares.
Absolutely. My PATH variable in recovery environment had webm’s attached to it just now. If you look through your group policy settings you might see a bunch of setting dictating ownership via first browser use.Can you tell a little more about this?
I've been experimenting a bit with 10 LTSC in a VM, since the 2019 release seems to be almost usable once you run ShutUp10 and lock down all the settings you can. I'd be interested in hearing about any lingering "dealbreakers" over 7/8.
All versions of Windows*Windows 10 has been known from the beginning to have big security flaws.

Why would Microsoft make a blue screen that is so unprofessional looking and appears like malware at first glance? Gave me a fright so bad I unplugged when it was just a non-essential file issue. I hate how less intuitive Windows 10 is for file management and lacking in easy customization.
That was basically true of all versions of non-NT Windows. Windows ME was the last release of Windows that was based on top of DOS.AFAIK Windows 1.0 was just a visual environment that ran on top of DOS.
Windows sure has changed since then.
The Windows 9x series had its own preemptively-multitasking kernel with rudimentary memory protection. They still used DOS to boot but most things on PC back then did (including Linux for a long time). That was basically true of all versions of non-NT Windows. That happened to one of my relatives recently, if you didn't already reformat anything I'd reccomend you put something like gparted on a liveusb and see if the drive is actually dead, I (somehow) fixed the pc by changing UEFI to BIOS boot, no idea how that worked but it didLol I think my HDD died today. I've turned my PC on and it only go to BIOS. I'll try reformating the OS.
I've tried it with a bootable USB with W10. I couldn't install it on my SSD, I think the PC didn't even recognized it. It appears "Total storage: 0.0 MB | Free storage: 0.0 MB"I'd reccomend you put something like gparted on a liveusb and see if the drive is actually dead
