I've had a strange thought: Is it possible Chris is not as crazy as we think he has become, and in fact knows perfectly well that all this latest crap from the end of the reign of the Idea Guys until now is completely made up.....but he thinks his followers are slow in the minds who will swallow it and give him shekels and asspats? Like an autistic Peter Popoff?
Or to put it another way, he's trying to do to his viewers what the idea guys did to him?
Some things to consider:
#1 He has always over-estimated his own intelligence and wit, and under-estimated those of everyone around him.
#2 He knows he has been able to successfully counter-troll some of his tormentors in the past. An excellent example is "Rollin' and Trollin" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MD4AulkzdJE Where a sizable percentage of the
believed they had been sucked in by a master troll.
#3 He was screwed out of approximately $6,000 by the Idea Guys. He wants to recoup this loss, and since what the Idea Guys did worked on him, in his mind he would think that surely the same tactic that got him would work on everyone else.
Being autistic as well as lazy, he figured the best way to do this was to use not only some the same tactics (except for those that are beyond him such as doctoring YT videos) but much of the same material that Idea Guys did, along with tying in some new things but in such a slap-dash way that it comes off completely crazy to everyone who is not CWC.
It's also transparently clear that he is fishing for money in his tweets, to the point that he even tries to invoke his poly-family to get donations. But again, he did it in such a lazy way (typing out ZZAAP!! and shit when pretending to be Magi-Chan) that it comes across as just retarded and crazy to us.
Going against this theory is the fact that Chris has never been able to focus on anything with the discipline that would be needed to pull something like this off.
But money can be a large incentive and we here have no idea how much money he gets from his followers who don't post anything out of fear that they might get the attention of The Farms, or just don't want to post give him monthly. If he's been raking it in, he has a very strong incentive to keep his illusions running as long as the cash keeps rolling in.
Any thoughts on this?
