Now, that I finally have some time to myself, I am going to start from the beginning of this bullshit and do my best to try to answer @TheyCallMeTevin's initial questions first off because I only had a few minutes to spare to and I couldn't answer in the shit storm that followed was unleashed. I am not touching on the slap fights. They do make me laugh though and that is why this thread was made, have fun.

1) What exactly proves that that account WAS his account? that "statistical linguistic analysis" software doesn't exist. Can someone link me to it? I cannot find a single line of code on Github that shows this software or the output of this software. I have also never seen any text comparison tool apparently built on machine learning saying "are you sure you didn't accidentally use the training input as your test input"? Would be good to see some proof of this tool and its apparent correctness. Beyond that, I have heard of some discord leaks, but have never seen any pictures of these leaks.

First off I am confused as hell? You say you are long time lurker in the main thread and by the looks of it never went to other threads or did any of your own research about this topic even with resources like the now 252 page active thread, YouTube videos, Twitter and Google by opening with this question.

The linguistic software is interesting but other Kiwi's did research that showed that Phil on Twitter, and in his Twitch chat talks just like "Not" DSP in the Faction Discord chats, that were being posted. This isn't proof just part the story. An interesting observation. Log in times were tacked of "Not" DSP's account and lined up with Phil's breaks, and off times maybe, it happened by chance day in and out for months, could be DSP's biggest fan. This account has dropped cash and a lot of it at this Point 40k, why would a troll or a fan do that with an user name of TheyCallMeDSP? If this is the outcome I might die of laughter. I know that I can't prove that it isn't happening right now, if it is I have a new favorite Saga.

2) I did not listen to the whole bankruptcy call. What exactly was said and what was the context of this? That would help illuminate what microtransactions meant.

Seems there was some confusion here, you should have finished the call or tried to listen for it on your own. As I recall Phil stammered when asked about WWE Network it sound like he heard something other than "Network".

Later in the call he was ask about business expenses, and he mentioned micro transactions as one of those expenses. I for the life of me can't recall ever buying micro transactions for games but he could have be referring to DLC but I think that was mentioned as well so why the separation? Did Phil pull a fast one on the court? Looks like it to me.

3) I do remember this part. The arbitrator clearly stated that the form DSP filled out was not 5000 business expense, but rather ANY expense. This is exactly what was said to the fake Citibank guy. Feel free to prove me wrong here though.

This was a personal Bankruptcy, Citibank guy couldn't get the right question out and he got rattled when Phil questioned if he was a troll.

Citibank guy wanted Phil to clarify the expenses as a whole. Forget the business. How does one man known to make on avg. 100k for the past 8 years while compiling about financial issues such as taxes and overdraft fees for the last 5 years go belly up? For reading the DSP loan and savings thread for awhile to me it looks like he could afford his house, the CT condo, a car, and the cost of living. Yet he was 500k in debt his income to expenses needed to be looked at and Phil got lucky or Nancy would have been looking for a black hole in Phil's wallet. His mobile gaming habits seem to be that void to me.

The funny thing is: it could be REALLY easy for DSP to D E B U N K all of this by simply logging into WWE Champions app and showing his profile. At least, that's why I would do if I was telling the truth and wanted to put these (from his point of view) rumors to rest immediately. Every day that goes by of him not doing that will only create more suspicion and doubt.

I don't specifically remember DSP being a big fan of his or something, but maybe someone else knows some lore that could tie this person to DSP in a meaningful way. The name does show up several times when doing a search through PigPigGo since DSP has talked about wrestling a lot throughout the years, but that's about it.

No, the thread kept on escalating because you moved the goalpost from the Mariana Trench to the Himalaya back and forth for 16 pages and came up with nothing much more but a severe inability to grasp simple concepts and preferred to flee to the wonderful world of semantics, irrelevancies and definitions.

You felt like people stopped reading what you were saying because they most likely did! You wrote nothing of any value at any point.

I applaud the Writer’s choice to bring a new character onto the story, that is unless this is a series regular under a different name.

I think it compliments the DMCA arc well, and phils recent comments about kiwi farms adds a good amount of mystery and mystique around this special new characters identity.

Even if this turns out to just be a B story or a filler episode it still gave me a good read tonight, right when I was getting a bit bored with this show. Bravo!

The truth is often found in behavioral patterns, and in the case of this dumbass, what he consistently did was demonstrate that he had already made up his mind regarding Phil's alleged gacha addiction, but COULDN'T make up his mind as to whether or not he understood the workings of this place (pretending not to know about double-posting, acting apalled at the insults while telling me to "cry more", etc.).

That's a fucking troll, though that doesn't discount the possibility of it ALSO being one of Phil's incompetent retards, as they are trollish in their overall behavior, and not exactly up to the task of engaging with an entire army of Phil's most knowledgeable detractors.

If it is a wheelchair, like I said, next time do it while your Gout Lord is streaming, so we know it's one of you and not him. I mean it when I say that the Champions meme wouldn't have built up so much traction over time if the account that looks like it's his had ever logged in while Phil was clearly playing his PS4, even with all the other evidence that you kept ignoring.
