Things that make you really happy - Things that make you feel like you're walking on sunshine.

Summer days when the weather is perfect but there's overcast in the clouds so the sun doesn't blind me.
When I add just the right amount of creamer to coffee.
When nobody's at the gym so I can workout in peace.

For a huge chunk of my life I didn't have my own bed. First thing I did when I got to a place where I could was buy a full King with a nice mattress and silky sheets. Last year I leveled it up with weighted blankets and shredded memory foam pillows.

I love my bed.

A corn chip fresh off the line.

Eating a chip off the line is one of those experiences that changes your life. Birds fly a little slower, and pretty girls smile a little longer. It's like the whole world moves just for you.

Sorry for the slight necro (and posting twice in this thread) but,

another thing that makes me really happy is my boyfriend calling me "hubby".

I could be the most upset motherfucker after a bad day of work and him saying "Are you ok hubby? Do I need to cheer my boy up?" just warms my heart and makes me feel better. It makes me especially super glad I've been topping this mf for almost 9 years.

I meant to add it on my last post but I forgot to for whatever reason.

I dislike how much of a meathead this makes me sound, but hitting an all-time PB in the gym will legitimately make me feel amazing for the rest of the day.

Like, graduating with an advanced degree is something that makes you happy in an intellectual sense, but nothing beats the visceral pleasure of lifting a heavier weight than you did before. It's like an atavistic sense of accomplishment that makes my tard caveman brain happy.

Lift heavy stone, make sad head voice go away, etc.
