Things that make you really happy - Things that make you feel like you're walking on sunshine.

When I think about it, there are so many little things in life that make me happy.

1. When my conure goes full goblin mode.
2. When I'm laying down and my quail burrows behind my head to lay an egg.
3. When I fix anything and it works better. doesn't matter if it's a car, PC, console. Love that "job well done" feel.
4. When a weight I struggled with becomes a warmup lift.
5. That first sip of a hot drink on a cold morning.
6. The smell of freshly dried laundry.

- stupidly soft mink blankets
- kickass songs that hype you up physically
- that tingly stretched feeling after yoga
- flirting with a dude until he gets all shy and flustered
- getting a manicure
- practicing something and noticing i am getting better at it

  • my husband snuggling up with me after he gets home from work and asking him how his day was.
  • Getting a day off work, feels relaxing just to sit down and do a few things of my own
  • Doing stupid shit on my pc.
  • Getting Midi files, I love just collecting those things.
  • Thunderstorms and rain, literally cuddling weather, but also just looks good in general.

  • Eating a piping hot meal on a rainy day.
  • Learning new recipes and successfully cooking them.
  • Clearing backlogged work and having nothing to do afterwards.
  • My cat snuggling up to me in bed.
  • Visible physical improvement after months of working out.

You know when you start with a completely empty vacuum tank, go over the carpets, and then feel satisfied at seeing all of the hair, lint and dust in the tank after? It's so therapeutic to actually see a physical representation of how much good was done in such a short span of time with so little effort.

Seeing and feeling how clean my prep counter is after cleanup because I'd turned it into a crime scene while cooking. Especially after making dough.

Finding out that I was wrong about something being as bad as I thought it was.

Finding out I was wrong about something in a way that teaches me something new.

Being able to prevent someone from going through something awful by having gone through it myself. People usually don't listen, but when they do and find out later that they dodged a bullet, I feel so happy for them.

But I don't think much of anything can ever compare to the feeling of spending time being close with loved ones.

Knowing that Dragon's Dogma 2 is in development makes me very happy

I deserve every puzzle piece coming this way

Finishing a project that has been nothing but a nightmare and it is all worth it. School project are that for me.

When a specialty soap, wax melt or incense smells even better while in use than it did while I was huffing it at the store. The cinnamon cranberry only gets better with heat.
