What are some things you get that "oddly satisfying" feeling from?

For me, it's when I see a cat video and the cat is being pet or brushed. I don't know why that is, but it's oddly satisfying to me. Maybe seeing the cat enjoy it transfers off.

Gravel. The sound it makes when you walk or drive on it, coupled with being out in fresh air.

Venting technology.

I always like it when I hear the fans kick on on a computer or console; I like it so much, I tend to even do it myself after a shower or something. It's oddly satisfying to me.

Watching two enormous lists of numbers -- one list positive, one list negative -- all add up and net to zero. It's an accounting thing and it is wonderful.

As a warning, do not search or watch any "oddly satisfying" videos on Youtube. Your recommendeds will fill up with terrible, awful things.

Jacking it
In all seriousness? The smell of smoke from a wood stove. It's so satisfying for me in an oddly primal way.

Wind blowing through birch tree leaves. It's a little flitting noise, like breezy ballet. Much different than wind through a maple or even an oak. Heaven.
E- Also, the smell of chicken shit. It's salty and sandy and reminds me of home.

The smell of ozone in the air after a rainstorm.
The sound of morning doves.

After a heavy snow storm when everything is covered in a white blanket and it's so quiet outside with barely any wind. It's so tranquil and everything looks pretty too.

The nocturnal autumn breeze, the smoke of a campfire, the smell of ozone after a rainstorm, petting a cat, breasts, the breeze after a nice clean shave, music that strikes the correct cord, the warmth of soup, stepping on dried leaves, the sound of gravel, and the feel of jelly.
