Seems most of the problem comes from south and east asians, and not all of them, nobody is complaining about the japanese or the koreans, its mostly mainland chinese, indians and pakis. And over here in the States its not all latinos but mostly mexicans and others from central america which make the bulk of the complaints.
Part of the problem is that we're getting the absolute bottom-tier people from those countries, specially in the case of mexico since they can simply walk in here. When you look at south americans the quality tends to improve because they have to fly here, so they have money and most likely an education. Also they have to legally enter to country which already comes with a lot of requirements than the average vato from jalisco or laredo or whatever never has.
For example the most high earning latino groups in America by nationality are:
- Argentine Americans: Median household income of $93,7981.
- Bolivian Americans: Median household income of $87,1921.
- Chilean Americans: Median household income of $84,7191.
- Uruguayan Americans: Median household income of $82,0031.

Nuff said, kinda explains why most latinos and mexicans in particular hate the argentines so much: jealously, they make almost twice than they do. While we could say that in this case we're just getting the best of the best of those countries because of distance the fact is countries like argentina and chile also have much higher HDI than mexico, nicaragua, honduras and the like. So even the lowest argentine or chilean is better than the average mexican, and what we're getting is worse than that.
If we do need immigrants then we might as well get the best we can.

Oddly enough, in comparison, the few Chinks I see actually go out of their way to be polite and relatively clean.

Moving to a first world country and complaining about how it's not shit in the way their third world country is.
I remember a convo in an IT forum where a third world guy who moved to europe because its safer and nicer was complaining that he wasn't making as much money as he wanted because he couldn't evade taxes like he did back home. Fortunately some of his countrymen were on the forum and were calling him a fucking piece of shit and how people like him is why their countries never get out of the gutter, some were really mad because the reason taxes are so high over there is because of the amount of assholes like that one who evade taxes, so everybody else has to compensate for that and the government is too inept/corrupt to better police tax evasion.
So there's is a level of local self-awareness about why they suck.
