I think chris directly referencing him in those letters is a sign that it's going to be a total shitshow when Chris actually goes to court. I am almost positive that what happened is Heilberg told Chris to plead guilty, now Chris is trying to prove to him and the world that he isn't because he's god.

I honestly think Heilberg wants these letters out in public as an assist in his attempt to get Chris declared unfit for trial along with the psych exams.
