Condoms don't really stop forensic evidence from being transmitted. Obviously, if they find the condom that was used, that's even better than a vaginal swab, but additionally, condoms don't stop pubic hair from being left behind.

Insider: Online creator Chris Chan arrested on incest charge after leaked audio alleged she had sex with her mother

Christian Weston Chandler, known online as Chris Chan, has been arrested and charged with incest after a leaked phone conversation spread online.

Chandler, 39, is currently being held in the Henrico County Jail after being brought in by police on Sunday afternoon. No court date or bond has been set, according to a representative for the jail. Her arraignment will be in Greene County, Virginia, according to Newsweek.

The arrest comes after an eight-minute recording was posted to Kiwi Farms, a forum dedicated to chronicling and discussing internet figures that began as a way to chronicle Chandler's online presence in 2013, on Friday morning. In the recording of an alleged phone call, someone purported to be Chandler discusses sexual interactions she had with her 79-year-old mother, Barbara.

Chandler has been known in niche online spaces for decades as the creator of Soniichu, an animated character crossed between Pikachu and Sonic the Hedgehog. Online discussion around Chandler and the Soniichu began around 2000, but the wider internet didn't start to take note of her online persona until 2007.

For years, Chandler has been the target of online scrutiny and trolling. Several internet denizens have made online profiles pretending to be Chandler's friends or girlfriends and leaked intimate and personal details about her.

Engaging in sexual intercourse with a father or mother is a Class 5 felony in Virginia.

Chandler did not respond to requests for comment.

Leaked audio spread online alleging Chandler had sex with her mother

In the audio that included a voice that purportedly belonged to Chandler, the creator said that since June, "we've been doing it every third night," describing sex acts in detail.

Leaked texts appeared alongside those calls, with messages purportedly from Chandler claiming, "Barb and I just had another romp in the hay."

Hours after the call and messages went online, they started to spread like wildfire. Later on Friday, "Chris Chan" was a trending topic on Twitter.

"There is drama in the air today," Chandler wrote in a tweet. "Each and every one of you all are encouraged to withdraw from any and all dramas, gossip, rumors, and whatever else will, and already has, approached your way today."

On Sunday, footage live-streamed by alt-right podcaster Ethan Ralph on YouTube appeared to show Chandler's arrest outside of a hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia. While it appeared that Chandler was in handcuffs, she told Ralph, "everything is going to work out."

In October 2011, Chandler and her mother were arrested after Barbara hit a local game store manager with her car, leading them to pay a fine and undergo community service and a year of probation. In 2014, Chandler was arrested after an incident at a Gamestop store where she maced an employee who asked her to leave. She was banned from ever entering a Gamestop store again.

Christine Chandler, born Christopher Chandler and better known as his Internet moniker Chris Chan, has been arrested following reports that he admitted to engaging in sexual intercourse with his 80-year-old mother, who is widely believed to be suffering from some form of dementia, and thus may not have been able to consent.​

Chandler, who has been staying at a hotel in Richmond, Virginia since police served an order of protection preventing him from returning to the family home or having any contact with his 80-year-old mother, was recorded during a live stream by Killstream host and Ralph Retort editor-in-chief Ethan Ralph being escorted away from the hotel in handcuffs by local police officers. It is unclear what, if anything, Chandler has been charged with. Numerous clips from the video have already surfaced on social media.

As National File originally reported, In a nearly 10 minute audio recording posted to Kiwi Farms, the person identified as 39-year-old Chandler appears to admit to having repeated sexual intercourse and contact with his 80-year-old mother since June of this year, and at one point explains that “We’ve been doing it every third night and the first night was on June 27”. The person identified as Chandler explained that they approached Barbara Chandler “with care and caution” in “a timed approach” that “just branched out slow and steady” until they let Barbara “make the first move, and she wanted to do it.”
“She’s got a really sensitive g-spot, because apparently I don’t believe her… any of her past boyfriends, ex husbands, they haven’t really reached, hit her g-spot really”, said the person identified as Chandler at one point, ostensibly speaking about their own father. “They were more focused on themselves, really, as opposed to focusing on her, which that’s my focus”. At this point in the call, the other person on the phone call repeatedly noted that they were discussing sexual actions with the 80-year-old mother, and the person identified as Chandler did not dispute this.
Chandler also allegedly sent at least 22 text messages about having sexual intercourse with his mother. In them, Chandler allegedly graphically describes that they “made another attempt at rubbing her vagina” but noted that “it hurt her”.

After the viral post was made on Kiwi Farms, a YouTuber named Dillin Thomas claims that he contacted Chandler to ascertain if the report was true. “I told Chris I wouldn’t make this info public but it is eating away at me,” wrote Thomas. “I asked Chris if he f**ked his mom earlier and her [sic] said it was true.” In screen shots posted to Twitter by Thomas, Chandler appears to have written, “I will trust you with the simple answer” and asked Thomas not to post the response before adding, “Yes”.

Chandler reportedly took at least $750 from his mother’s bank account, telling the operator of Kiwi Farms that it was an “emergency”. Josh Moon, the operator of Kiwi Farms, suggested that this may be in violation of the emergency protective order filed against Chandler. Additionally, Moon had attempted to help Chandler use GoFundMe to raise money needed to attend a My Little Pony convention, and originally pledged to release this money to Chandler. After the revelations, Moon instead instructed GoFundMe to refund the money to those who donated.

I've had a rape kit done. It's an extensive process and covers more than just whether or not semen is present, and not just inside the vagina. If you report that semen got anywhere else, that area gets swabbed and tested. Her underwear was likely taken for testing and evidence, too. They also look for any pubic hair that may have been left behind.

A full gynecological examination is performed to test for changes in discharge, as well as internal injuries and evidence. My theory is that they found tearing and bruising inside and around her genitals. Chris himself said that she was tight, so it's possible that him shoving himself inside caused internal injury.
