Let's take a look at her two most popular videos in the last year. This one is from May 6th, right after she had eye surgery. It has some good triggers and she comes across as a real person, maybe because of the benzos they gave her for discomfort? It seems very off-the-cuff, with ideas strung together instead of scripted. 2.9 million views.

This three hour role-playing from Nov 22, 2022 has some good triggers without being as goofy as some of her other ones. These aren't really my thing so I don't know as much about it as the previous one I mentioned. The view count might have more to do with when it came out than the actual content, since she went more off the rails with tattoo and trip videos this year, but that's just my personal speculation. 12 million views.

Here's a more recent video, October 11th. It's some jumbled-together half-assed prostration for the commenters that are saying she's going in the wrong direction with her channel. She completely ignored them with the videos she put out after this one, especially the one with her soy husband in it. 1 million views.

I don't pay attention to her social media, so there might be something in there that further explains her decline. Either way, she's falling off and it's kind of interesting to check in on her every couple months in order to speculate.

I don't use the ASMR videos as much anymore because I don't really need it or I don't want to sift through 50 videos to find a good one. I've never understood the parasocial aspect of it. Some of the recent videos in this thread are horrifying, but also pretty hilarious in an absurd way.

Jesus this one was bad. I skipped around in it and was laughing too much to really even pay attention. I'll give her this, she has one hell of an imagination. I think that's why she's with Ben. He seems to be the most boring man with a complete lack of personality. You know, like how opposites attract. But maybe there's some shit going on behind the scenes that I don't see. I'm never gonna dig past the YouTube channel. Speculating off of these videos is more fun anyways, imo.

She has a stranglehold on the ASMR Youtube market/Algorithm. I recently tried searching for some new content on Youtube and most of the tops videos were from her. No matter what I searched for, if it was ASMR related she popped up at the top with about 3-4 videos in a row. I just ended up going back to the classics I've been listening to for a decade now.

I've enjoyed some schizo ASMR videos in the past, but Angelica's always devolve into her just rambling at the camera about whatever social cause she's horny for that day while making crazy eyes. It has next to nothing to do with ASMR or whatever the "concept" of the video is, just her feeling the need to put her every thought out there. Most people keep to TwXtter for that.

I was really hoping that her newfound religion would put a stop to that, since her videos got way calmer for a bit, but she's back to sO rAnDUm rambling videos. She actually did a sponsored video on her original channel a few days ago (despite "hating capitalism even more") - guess she still needs dem bux but didn't want to pollute her "Grass" channel with ewwy blucky capitalism.
