I agree with banning the app for this reason. It's not only autism, they fake PTSD, schizophrenia, and my favorite bc it isn't even real, DID/Multiple Personality Disorder.
They're actively harming people who suffer from these conditions and making it harder for them to be taken seriously or get help.
