I actually don't think she believes the crazy shit she's spewing. Don't get me wrong, I think she is crazy, but the stuff she's posting just feels a bit too obviously crazy. Like she's thinking about what she can post that will make her appear as mad and obnoxious as possible. There isn't the consistent narrative that you usually get with the truly insane.

Her actual sickness is that she is, literally, a fame junkie. She will do anything for fame, no matter how degrading, because she's addicted to attention. She did reality TV, porn, now she's pretending to be all the things society hates and laughs at because she has to be looked at, whether for good reasons or bad.

I look forward to her enrollment in the Church of Scientology.

Considering what @Tragi-Chan said, along with the fact that this woman was once known for having most MySpace friends and her own tv show, she's just trying to media attention. If she does believe all the batshit stuff, then she truly is crazier than one would of thought. If she doesn't, it still doesn't detract her thirst for fame and attention.
