Came in earlier to see if this posted. Good on Tim for doing this bc it will grow his numbers. ACS is a huge audience of the center-right, centrist, left-center. I haven't listened yet because there is a great podcast about wild sour yeasts used in brewing IPAs that I am very, very interested in. Most of these "farmhouse" yeast strains are renowned for sour notes in beer, similar to souring wild yeast in sourdough. Using cultivated brewer strains of brewing yeast in breadmaking can provide some amazing results. I use a blend of German lager and London ale yeast to make buns for hamburgers, hotdogs and dinner rolls.
