Tim is now sponsoring lawn mower racing. I find it weird it says " Tim Pool's Timcast.com"

Tim had Braxton McCoy, a veteran & author, as the guest.
Brett, & Phil, were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim predicted the Big Beautiful Bill would not pass. He was wrong:

-Tim continues to whinge about the gambling tax. The beanie boy believes Elizabeth MacDonough, the Senate Parliamentarian, inserted a change to section 70114 of the Big Beautiful Bill, from being able to write off all gambling winnings to only up to 90% of the losses that year, so that it would comply with the Byrd Rule governing reconciliation packages, like this. The reason being that it shall end up with "middle-aged white dudes, in Pennsylvania" getting a tax bill of "$3,000 at the end of the year", turning them away from Donald Trump & the Republicans. Tim tries to claim that not reporting your winnings is akin "to lie on your taxes". But I believe to even take advantage of this rule, you have to use itemised deductions, which only a small share of taxpayers do. & I do not see a normal man, playing in his spare time, noting wins & expense to maximise it, unless he is deeply invested in gambling, already. But Tim argues this shall sink the Republicans in the midterms, with Democrats blaming them for ruining fantasy sports leagues & poker tournaments:

Braxton notes that the funding for immigration enforcement in the bill makes it vital to pass, but it could affect Nevada & Kentucky, which has large gambling institutions. Tim says the Republicans are too cowardly "to win, forever" by removing the Senate parliamentarian to get their way. With this change to the taxation scheme, the beanie boy calls it "an exponential loss for your recreational gamer, or amateur tournament goer" that will lead to Republicans being undermined at the ballot box:

Tim brings up his booker, Lisa Elizabeth, doing research on the source of this addition to the bill. Which includes the beanie boy deriding her using the term "gambling" & not "wagers". He goes so far as to claim that people will simply stop doing their favourite activities, like going fishing, because they may have to pay a tax on winnings from competitions:

-A super-chatter advises Tim to talk to a tax lawyer, & not gamblers, on what the implications are for taxes. Tim smugly replies that he has talked to a slew of people, from gamblers to politicians, which agreed with his interpretation. Though he does raise the interesting question of whether super-chats are tips, or not, as part of this. If there is no tax on tips now, that is good for people, like Tim, that live off them:

Tim complains about how baseball fields are "overgrown", & now being supplanted by "soccer goals", in Chicago. If only there were a wealthy son of that city to invest in parks for children. If only:

Over the 4 July holiday weekend, Tim got some great surprises from the man he called the greatest president of his lifetime:

But fret not, Tim knows he has an image to maintain. So, he retained his beanie, whilst sailing about on Lake Michigan, in the 90 degree heat & humidity:

& Tim did not take the revelation, that there was apparently nothing further to be investigated with Jeffrey Epstein, very well:

Tim had Yoram Hazony, president of the Herzl Institute, & chairman of the Edmund Burke Society, as the guest.
Phil, & Brandon, the producer/co-host for Shane's Inverted World series were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim believes Jeffrey Epstein was blackmailing powerful people, but investigating those people would lead to economic collapse. Yoram argues that Donald Trump chose not to pursue these associates, because of just how much this would consume his term. Tim asks if the panelists would release the information. Brandon & Phil take a pragmatic approach, weighing the potential consequences, but Tim interupts to say he would just release everything. Yoram plays the heel, stating he would not. The beanie boy picks up Phil's usage of Rorschach to compare himself to the Watchmen protagonist:

Tim goes on to call out how evil people with power escape responsibility, & how he wishes it would not happen, but Phil has to remind him that this was the norm in all of human history. The musician manlet misapplies Blackstone's formulation to rebut Tim's arguments, claiming that to pursue these people would lead to even greater harm than allowing them to escape. Yoram notes the amount of effort needed to prosecute the powerful people potentially involved with Jeffrey Epstein, but Tim argues that is another excuse & how he would release all that the government had to the public. Putting aside that the files may include child pornography, I would have more faith in Tim's bravado if he was not so eager to kowtow to YouTube, rather than make a principled stand:

-Tim gets to trumpet the oncoming civil war, thanks to several new articles. Been a tick since he got to fantasise about it, at length, like this:

-The beanie boy believes that the states' National Guard shall refuse to comply with federal orders if their governor countermands it. Which disregards both historical, & recent, precedent. Neither during the Civil Rights movement, nor during the recent federalisation in California, did guardsman choose to side with state authority. Adding to this is The Militia Act of 1903, that explicitly sought to fold the states' National Guards under federal oversight, to standardise triaining & equipment, after the Spanish-American War showed the failings of some militia units. While still capable of being deployed internally, by the governor, in his role as commander-in-chief of the National Guard, the sort of local loyalty seen in the 1860's has long wilted on the vine. Yoram tries to point this out, but Tim argues that societal fracturing makes it just as likely. By the end, the beanie boy has to caveat this potentiality with a future JD Vance presidency sending external National Guards into a seceding California, to restore the Union, to make his theory work:

-Tim is sending all his resources to help out with the flood relief, in Texas. Those resources being his coffee:

Tim had Ritchie McGinnis, of Rittenhouse trial fame, as the guest.
Elad, & Phil, were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim attempts to divert away from the disappointment around Jeffrey Epstein to "good, right now, some good things are happening" with news of James Comey & John Brennan being under investigation. Phil agrees. Elad notes this move towards prosecuting people involved in Russiagate, immediately after the botched Epstein investigation, reeks of an attempt to change the headlines. Also, the kosher correspondent calls out the 180 degree change between Kashyap Patel & Dan Bongino's statements on Epstein before, & after, entering the FBI. Phil argues that Russiagate is more important & impactful than pursuing Epstein-related investigations:

-Tim starts this by saying people are too influenced by movies, as to how a civil war shall happen. The master & consoomer, himself, said people are using fiction too much. Add to that, the beanie boy counters his arguments from yesterday, that there are upcoming conflicts with states potentially seceding & ordering National Guard to defy the president's orders to put down a secession attempt, to now saying that is "never gonna happen". He argues that it is going to be more akin to targeted killings escalating into broader conflict. Tim goes on to excoriate the right for being insufficiently willing to protest & riot, like antifa does, when things do not go their way:

Tim contends that the left can successfully radicalise people, while the authorities do not impose consequences on radical action to deter it. The left "don't think, they feel", so they simply act out without a thought to what may happen. When Ritchie asks if Trump deploying Marines & National Guard was a good response to help tamp down tensions, Tim claims this only led to further escalation. The beanie boy is now calling for "overwhelming force to crush the, the, the left, that's it". Then he calls out how classical liberalism is undermined by people which are "degenerate, amoral, or outside of the Overton window". The example Tim uses is blacks in Philadelphia having a gunfight, & the inability to impose effective sentences for these crimes:

Tim has a solution to black gang violence, & it is his weird plan to force the perpetrators to dress up gangers up as babies in diapers, made to crawl down the street, burbling away. On the less fetish-y side, the beanie boy also suggests trying minors assisting gangs in committing crimes, as adults. When a super-chatter asks how you force a ganger into a diaper & bonnet, to walk down the street, Tim simply says you do not send them to jail, "you make them crawl like a baby" & strong-arming them into doing it:

-After Tim complains about his self-driving car being unable to tackle certain circumstances, Elad reminds him of a discussion they had, in February, where the beanie boy was a big booster for Tesla's full self-driving, even when hydroplaning. Tim retorts that while Elad is generally correct about that exchange, but there is "context" which makes him wrong. You be the judge:

-Tim gets a superchat, claiming that because Jeffrey Epstein has connections to Jews (represented by a juice box), the administration is not going to touch it, as well as Tim's failure to name the Jew will cost him his audience. The beanie boy surprised me by not understanding what the juice box emoji meant. After Elad catches on that this is what the super-chatter meant, Tim gets to whine about how awful people with Israel Derangement Syndrome are & how he has no respect for them:

Here is the super-chat, in question:
juice.webp

Here is the super-chat, in question:
It'd be nice if this was true.
I don't think his die hards will wake up sadly.
I don't know what you call a diehard Tim fan.
Beanie Washers?
Beanie Wearers?
Beanie Guards?

Something like that.

Would I love to see him sink already he doesn't offer any actual interesting view and he is a fucking coward. Glad to see more people are waking up.

-Tim responded to a lengthy post, advocating for more time away from the internet, claiming that the destruction of local spaces for meeting leads to even greater isolation:
Of Beanies & Bawlers.webp

When someone chimes in to say they should work to fix those issues, starting in Martinsburg, where Tim is located, the beanie boy says that is not going to happen. "they iced us out", he says & is unwilling to press the issue further:
Of Beanies & Bawlers2.webp

-Tim must have chosen to vent his frustration by posting about how a server at a local restaurant "insulted" him by marking him on the cheque as "Weirdo". No doubt it was in reaction to seeing a man in a beanie, during a 90 degree day:
tip chips.webp
(archive)

The beanie boy claims he had a long think about whether to post it, but he "feel(s) like not saying something is worse" as someone else might be targeted as he was. & Tim inserts a humble-brag about how well his wife & he normally tip:
tip chips2.webp
(archive)

He spoke to the manager & extracted an apology, with no tip given. He makes the odd claim of how he was "not offended by being called a weirdo", but says he "won't stand for someone insulting my family". I did not see anything in his posts about remarks made about Allison, or his child:

Tim had Ben Barkas, a comedian, as the guest.
Brett, & Phil, were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Ben only brought his best material for the show:

-Tim discusses the post referenced earlier, about disentangling yourself from the internet for your own sanity. Naturally, Tim says you cannot disconnect TOO much, because you may miss important events occurring, presenting a scenario where a mob attacks your home, with you completely ignorant as to why. Ben chuckles, asking if that shall happen if you leave social media, to which Tim says it will. Though there is some self-interest, there, because if you leave social media, you would miss out on the beanie boy's quality content:

-When the topic of Israel comes up, Tim gets to vent his spleen about how he does not prevent discussion of the U.S.S. Liberty, & "a fake video" was made of him to claim that. Israel obsession is a sign of "mass-formation psychosis" for Tim because he argues that they talk about the U.S.S. Liberty "all the time", even though the only circumstances it comes up in is not the topic, itself, but how Tim appeared to downplay who was the actual perpetrator. Not wasting any time to make it about himself some more, Tim complains about Sam Seder taking him out of context, as well. Ben asks if Sam is Jewish, & Tim says he is unsure:

The beanie boy claims Sam, & another content creator named Warren Smith, edit his conversations to make Tim look the fool. Ben asks if the attention garnered Tim benefits, via additional viewers, but he responds that it only means more death threats & no benefits. Another example of how people simply do not like him, for no reason, is a judge allegedly told Tim he didn't care that people may have been "trying to get us killed" via violating court orders. Tim suddenly pivots back, now blaming Sam Hyde for popularising the clip about the U.S.S. Liberty, & misrepresenting his true positions. To wrap up this pity party, the beanie boy reminds us that he never cat-napped Emily Molli's pet. That, too, was another smear job:

-Tim predicts AI shall make his show obsolete. Tim admits that IRL is not solvent, & requires the morning show's income to remain afloat. He pins this on the requirement to have guests appear, in person, & maintaining his mountain compound for it; versus calling in, as he is now doing with his early stream. The double threat of low overhead shows from new content creators, with no studio expenses, & AI-generated videos mean the time may come for IRL:

Tim had Nick Sortor, an on-the-ground reporter, as the guest. This was his fifth appearance, since last July.
Ian & Phil were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Ian returns, & remains in perfect Ian form:

-Somehow Phil managed to have a worse take on an issue than Tim. In talking about how to deal with Jeffrey Epstein's associates, Nick argues that they must be prosecuted to prevent them committing further abuses against children. Phil decides to say that "there will be more" that take their place, even if you do something. When Nick remarks that the ones arrested would not be raping any more children, Phil admits it would provide justice to past victims, but still argues it shall not prevent more Epstein-like figures emerging, as it is part of human history, stretching back eons. Tim, rightly, notes that if you remove a pedophile from power, & replace them with a non-pedophile, that is a good thing:

A short time later, they pick up the same argument, with Phil & Tim sparring over it. Phil comes down on the side of laws do not deter offenders, but this gets rebuked rather quickly. But Ian steps in to support the manlet musician's side, after a tick. Our Graphene Guy argues that unsealing all those pedophiles would upend the global economy & lead to far greater devastation than allowing them to operate. The beanie boy responds that such a system is unworthy of existing, if that is the case:

On 11 July, Tim had Conor Tomlinson, of The Lotus Eaters; Dr. Chloe Carmichael, a clinical psychologist & free speech advocate; & Dr. Drew Pinsky, a medical social media personality; as the guests.

The sole co-host was Tate the producer.

Clip Collection:
-Tim remains the biggest impediment to quality discussions on his show. Rather than add to the discussion going on, the beanie boy switches to another topic, which no one was mentioning:

In under one hour, Tim goes from a panican:

To a trust-the-planican:

The beanie boy must have missed where Donald Trump claimed Democrats fabricated the Epstein files, which is something you would not seek to do with alleged blackmail material:

On 14 July, Tim had Daniel Turner, a pro-fossil fuels lobbyist, & Amrou Fudl, aka Myron Gaines from The Fresh & Fit podcast, as the guests.
Elad & Shane were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim promotes the aspects of his content behind paywalls, & the perks from high levels of super-chats:

-Amrou was delayed by weather issues, with a puppet keeping his seat warm. Elad is already swiping, before he settles in:

-It looks like Elad is taking up Tim's kosher defense, arguing for why people should not claim Jeffrey Epstein worked for Mossad, or Israel. The rest of the panel takes turns poking holes in this:

-Amrou & Elad spar over the Iran-Israeli conflict. As talk of the airstrikes come up, Tim simply has to mention how similar Operation Midnight Hammer was to the plot of Top Gun: Maverick.

Tim claims that the Biden administration would have invaded Iran, after the airstrikes, were it to have happened, then. Elad calls out how anti-Israel the Democrat base is, now, but Tim responds that the establishment would simply force the issue. Amrou begins using "you guys", regarding Israel, after Elad keeps utilising "we" in respect to the Jewish State, in the exchange. Elad denies this, & begins needling Amrou over using a stage name. Tim defends Armou, as he continues to lay out the reasons for why he thinks the recent Israeli air campaign was not a victory for them:

Tim may now regret all of that praise he gave to the amendment's author, Rep. Rohit Khanna, in the past. Though he responded to the beanie boy's concerns on Twitter:
rohit job.webp
(archive)

& made an appearance on one of Tim's streams to clarify. Tim gives Rohit the benefit of the doubt:

Tim had William Thibeau, Director of the American Military Project at the Center for the American Way of Life at the Claremont Institute, & Amrou Fudl, were the co-hosts.

Libby, & Phil, were the co-hosts.

Clip Collection:
-Tim, who shuttered his own news site, claims that "there aren't any" conservative news outlets to compete with left-leaning ones, which are being used for AI education. Though the beanie boy does retreat to left-leaning sources are putting out much more, after being pressured by Libby:

-Tim blames his projects being delayed by a shortage of workers, not permits. Despite his diatribes about zoning regulations being the impediment, before. The beanie boy argues "people in the park, playing...a lot of adults drinking beers, chilling, & they're not working" is the reason it has been so rough to complete his coffee shop. "We have reached the apex of abundance", according to Tim, & people lose the will to work in such situations:

-Tim complains that with fewer people having children, there is less of a drive to excel, & people need to prepare for societal collapse. One reason being the upcoming AI revolution where podcasts, like the beanie boy's, can be generated via software. He swears this shall happen within one year, & once again, I must prepare myself for disappointment when nothing happens & I am still here clipping:

Lauren Southern has accused Andrew Tate of raping her in her new book. Personally I don't believe it. Tim, claiming to be a close friend to Lauren, also calls bullshit. He also claims he has spoken to others, likely his cast and crew, who also call bullshit. She's just trying to sell a book according to Beanieboy.

Man, imagine being such a horrible disgusting grifter that Tim Pool even knifes you in the back.

Counterpoint: Tim Pool has consistently defended Tate everytime accusations against him come up, not just in the LS case (just like Quarterpounder). He's getting fucking paid by the same RW influencer operation or Tate himself.
Tim also defended the hell out of Jack Murphy despite Tim's own early interviews with the guy kind of exposing him for the perv that Jack Murphy is.

Of course Tim had invested into having Jack Murphy on as a regular guest. Tim liked Jack Murphy's pro-masculine message, probably did not want someone Tim considered a friend and associate under the bus at the first accusation. Who knows if Tim had confided to Jack Murphy about his own women issues, or let Jack Murphy help set him up with chicks at outings. Maybe Tim just can't turn off his initial assessment leading to a cognitive bias.

Tim also defended the hell out of Eliza Bleu. He had invited her on his show to promote her anti-sex trafficking recovery program. I think Tim has an extremely hard time changing his mind from his initial assessments despite new information coming in.

He definitely is retarded enough to believe people after talking to them once.
I think the kippah is cutting off too much circulation to his brain finally with his takes on Epstein.

After another creator made a video pointing out Tim isn't as intelligent as Tim believes, Tim responded by going ape shit and throwing insults at said creator with no substance.

Original video by Warren

Tim's response:

The problem with Tim is he's arguing people have some kind of rights based on moral ideals while the others are presenting a counter argument that rights on a pragmatic sense only exist as far as you're willing to enforce them meaning that rights in themselves don't exist outside of the right to violence. I don't think Andrew Wilson or Warren Smith are arguing that violence should be the default simply because it is your only true right, rather they're pointing out the reality of it and then stating that we can choose to behave in ways that don't constantly invoke it. As in, just because it is, doesn't mean you should. Or to use a reference for Tim's sake, as George Carlin once said about the Japanese internment camps "The only right they had then, was 'right this way' into the internment camps" which just shows you don't have rights when a government chooses you don't and as such they're not actual rights. That doesn't mean we shouldn't aim to uphold them as moral rights protected by law, but they aren't true rights and can be subjective as Andrew and Warren try to explain to Tim.

Also, look at the hutzpah of Tim calling his own video " Tim Pool IS UNSTOPPABLE, CRUSHES Andrew Wilson & Warren Smith In Debate On Rights"

He must be even more off putting in person than he comes across on camera. For a server to actually go to the trouble to put this on a receipt means that you really left a negative impression on them. This should be a moment of self-reflection for him, but it won't be, because he's a narcissist through and through. They never change.

Tim had Steve Hilton, a Briton, naturalised in 2021, running for California governor & commentator on American politics, as the guest. Recall how the beanie boy was so sincerely upset by foreign conservative influencers commenting on American issues, just a few months ago.

Brett, & Phil, were the co-hosts.

A good deal of the episode is devoted to critiquing the Trump administration's actions around the Jeffrey Epstein situation.

Clip Collection:
-Tim advertises his latest documentary, which covers illegal immigration. Rather timely, considering one of his prior documentarians was in the news he covered:

-Tim promotes a restaurant, in Martinsburg, called "Mother Shuckers" that he enjoys patronising for its scallops & chicken wings:
