Then he turns around and says the people in the video should face criminal charges.

Fuck you, Tim. This is not fence sitting, this is cowardice. He's leaving the door open just enough to excuse himself later if it turns out to be nothing but then jumping on the sensationalist bandwagon as if he has all the facts.

How can someone who claims to be pro-liberty and anti-death penalty argue for criminal charges when he isnt even sure if a crime was committed? This is dishonest and despicable. If these migrants are here legally then helping them find a residence is a standard DHS role.
