HIs previous studio/house was right across from Harper's Ferry in Maryland. I think the new one is in Martinsburg, WV. If I am not mistaken, this is where his coffee shop was supposed to be as well. Most likely he had "consultants " he paid with checks or whatever and never sent a 1099 or other tax forms to them, so one of them complained when they couldn't do their taxes. If you're a consultant, you need a valid LLC to pass the money through and pay taxes, and if not they are required to be treated as 1099 independent contractors and sent forms by the business hiring them.

Thats what I'm gathering via context clues.
