HIs previous studio/house was right across from Harper's Ferry in Maryland. I think the new one is in Martinsburg, WV. If I am not mistaken, this is where his coffee shop was supposed to be as well. He also has several diner stories where people didn't bow to him. Imagine you live in a small town and a rich guy and god knows how many lackies suddenly move in and try to take over the town. Most likely he had "consultants " he paid with checks or whatever and never sent a 1099 or other tax forms to them, so one of them complained when they couldn't do their taxes. If you're a consultant, you need a valid LLC to pass the money through and pay taxes, and if not they are required to be treated as 1099 independent contractors and sent forms by the business hiring them.
So he's still a shit businessman with the people sense of a fruitfly.
