Tim was absolutely clear that he would never, under any circumstances, show his child to the internet. But the beanie boy clearly did not mention using his firstborn child as a political prop for arguments on the internet.

Who would not want to be made into a strawman, so his boss could shore up ad revenue by a few more shekels? It seems like a legal grey area that could be used for accusations of money laundering, unless this falls under some sort of donation protection? I know little of tax policy, so I leave it up to other to puzzle out:


-In answering a super-chat, unsurprisingly, Tim is incorrect. The information released in the binders is not "new". The flight logs, & address book, have been publicly available for years. This reeks of running defense for the administration & the influencers that peddled it as some grand unveiling. & to top off how unserious about this Tim is, he interrupts discussion about the weakened impact of the phrase "Jeffrey Epstein didn't kill himself" to prove he super-chatter during his wife's delivery:

-I appreciate Ian for lacking the social graces to obey the usual IRL stance, which involve not asking tough questions to friends of Tim. Our Graphene Guy inquires as why did the administration choose to not just release them to the public, directly, & filter it through pro-Trump influencers, like this. Michael says he hates that question, & "it is pretty normal for some people to get releases of information they can go through". He claims there was no way to gatekeep any information, with that number of people, so there should be no worry about bias:

Tim claims that whomever sold him the suit said the beanie goes well with a suit. The beanie boy claims that he only took off the beanie & wore a suit, at the same time, at his wedding:

Tim was reacting to a mash-up of two TV shows, presenting how measles is treated in a 1969 episode of The Brady Bunch, & a 2015 episode of Law & Order: SVU. Naturally, having the Brady children being in the age range where it is safest to catch measles, & SVU known for taking events & blowing them out of proportions makes this a completely balanced comparison:

Despite pooh-poohing the current mortality rate of measles, Tim ignores the prior mortality rates, when vaccination was less common. & considering Tim has a newborn, where exposure to measles is considered far more dangerous than to older children & teens, I hope he takes proper precautions with her, because the complications from a measles infection for those under 5 years old can be life altering (deafness, sterility, neurological damage via encephalitis, etc.). As far I am aware, Tate was never found guilty of the crimes he was accused of doing? Wasn't Romania just holding him in limbo trying to get more and more dirt on him without ever formally charging him?

I dislike Tate as well for being a retard who promotes Islamist ideals, but Pool is still right. An accusation is just that, an accusation. A right isn't a right if you only extend them towards people you like.

The Tates have been officially charged in Romania, but an appeals court later ruled that some evidence used by the prosecutors was inadmissible , but the charges were not dropped as Tim & others implied. They are expected back for those proceedings, as well as facing a second round of allegations made, in addition to the earlier ones. Permitting the two to travel outside of Romania did raise some questions from legislators, fearing it was due to pressure from America, not out of the arguments the Tates presented. Combine this with extradition being granted to face more charges, once the Romanian case concludes; a civil suit & countersuit involving accusations of defamation by an alleged victim, & American citizen, claiming he was abusing her & trafficking her, that was filed in Florida; & federal law stating that going overseas, to sleep with minors (set as anyone under 18 years old), can be prosecuted in the United States, even if it was over the age of consent in the other nation, which Andrew allegedly did, with a 16 year old; it builds up enough for probable cause to search the Tates for evidence that could verify the allegations.

Also, it does not help that he is responding in a very negroid way (even if it may be intended as a joke) to being under law enforcement scrutiny:

-Tim regurgitates fellow shabbos goy, Michael Cernovich's, claims the situation around Mossad is a smokescreen, because you can talk about it. He contrasts this with how Eric Ciaramella's identity was strictly censored, according to the beanie boy. Though he hints at things changing in the Justice Department which shall see politically motivated investigations, according to his unnamed sources:


-Tim does not see the irony in lambasting Cenk Uyghur & Ana Kasparian rejecting wokeness to become the reasonable liberals, when Tim pulled that same shtick during his more fence-sitting days, as well. It is made even more funny, now, that Tim has fully attached himself to MAGA after trying to rebut joining any movements, & still denying his biases:


-Tim is worried about due process for the Tate brothers, after Florida opened an investigation into them. But he shall not defend foreign students from being vetting by AI to see if they should be deported for being "pro-Hamas". Without having read the plan, Tim explains he supports it, because the 1st Amendment was not meant for disruptive protests, "The Founding Fathers did not intend for 17,000 people to march through the street, waving signs". When Joe asks what Tim would label as "doing something pro-Hamas", he backtracks from protests to making it about removing people on student visas, at unlawful assemblies "at a university, or in any way obstructs our official proceedings of government, or proceedings of university" that may influence government. Joe is concerned this could lead to a weakening of the 1st Amendment protections, due to how nebulously this is worded:


Phil contends that student visa holders can attend protests, but if they are an agitator "throwing things, or making a scene", it warrants expulsion from the United States. Tim uses a strange foot-washing metaphor to explain why visa holders should not have the same rights to free speech as citizens, despite saying the Supreme Court ruled it applies to non-citizens. The beanie boy argues that because people "are coming here, with ill intent", it warrants this sort of programme. Phil advances his goalpost from being detained as an agitator to even those detained at an unlawful assembly, even if they did nothing wrong. Joe responds to this with concerns that "the government making a new rule" undermines the 1st Amendment.


The best part is that due to Tim not reading the actual article, the whole discussion is moot. The proposal involves using AI to scan social media posts for "evidence of alleged terrorist sympathies expressed after Hamas' Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel" & using lawsuits by Jewish students to identify "foreign nationals allegedly engaged in antisemitic activity without consequence". The programme is similar to Operation Boulder, instituted after the 1972 Munich Olympics attack, which sought to suss out Palestinian terrorists from visa applicants. This was ended soon, as the agencies found the vetting process too manpower intensive. But thanks to the miracles of AI, the beanie boy can have those nasty critics of Israel cast back into the third world.

-Tim is now reading Rumble rants, as well as super-chats. Due to YouTube crashing, he leads with two rants arguing turtles versus tortoises:

-Tim offers another good example on how he cannot condemn Israel, without making a pivot to Ukraine. He asks where the United States lands on Israel support, with a growing number of anti-Israel influencers emerging. He still brings up "Ze Joos people", as a foil, but notes Generation Z being more cool on it. Bryan asks to "throw a bomb in the conversation", stating one cannot be pro-America & not pro-Israel, before running off to use the loo. Phil explains how money going to Israel is actually in the form of arms sales that benefit American workers. Brett offers push-back noting how spending on weapons, whilst people in their own country suffer natural disasters with little, to no, support. Brett makes mention of Ukraine in this, which Tim starts focusing unto. Bryan returns, to explain that supporting Israel is part of maintaining American hegemony "that we all get to enjoy the perks of", & withdrawing support, without garnering some benefits, first, would be unwise. If the United States is not there, "somebody else is going to take that region":


This shifts the conversation to general geopolitics, leaving opens a vacuum, which the panel generally agrees is a concern. But, amidst this, Tim makes the pivot to how much money has been spent upon Ukraine, & how terrible this waste is, instead of the amount sent to Israel, which was what started the conversation:


-When talk of Ben Shapiro pushing for pardoning Derek Chauvin arises, Bryan highlights how this is a grift from The Daily Wire Zionist & provides an advantage for Democrats to take. When Tim asks what he means, Bryan talks about the past relations between Chauvin & George Floyd, & claims he is "a dirty cop" not worth "throwing away your country" over. Though he does note how Floyd was no saint, either, & unworthy of the adoration he received. Tim argues that this being Trump's last term, he should do all he can, including such unpopular pardons. Brett & Bryan note that with 2028 ahead, this pardon could revive the left. They joke about giving him more benefits & protection in prison, instead. Brett closes this out by stating how the Minneapolis Police are not known for their sterling reputation, based on when he lived there:


Tim returns to Bryan's claims as to how is Ben Shapiro grifting off this, which sees him joke that it is because he could not buy Timcast.
