Reading the note Bob wrote to Chris in the 80s. Not only is it kind of relieving that Bob was apart of Chris' life, and raising Chris wasn't up to snorlax, but you can tell that he was at least trying to build some foundation for Chris to build himself up on too. The fact that he wrote it after a health scare, and didn't know if he was going to be there for Chris for much longer, makes it pretty powerful.

To see all of the things Bob tried to get through to Chris fail miserably is just sad. Even if Chris were to come across that letter again, he'd just deal with the realization that he fucked up by continuing to indulge in dimensional merge bullshit.

Maybe some of Bob's influence was part of why Chris got trolled so hard, but it was a lot more beneficial for him to at least have moments of perceiving himself as fitting in (like in high school). You saw Chris with a lot more hope in a household with Bob, and when all of that went away, Chris was confused on what to do. Maybe Chris would have been in CPS swiftly if it was just snorlax parenting, sparing himself from trolling altogether, but even that isn't for certain.

What really made me feel sympathetic was the fact that so many people who bought and unboxed his merch were wearing rubber gloves, although its really unnecessary. The reason I write about this is becsuse I had a discussion with a friend about the german Chris Chan Rainer Winkler aka Drachenlord who never had to put up with people demonstratively wearing gloves in situations that were actually unnecessary, even though he is 100 times more disgusting than Chris.

It must be said that there were hardly any unboxings of his things, but instead hundreds of visits to him in front of his property and occasionally in his house, which do not require any physical contact. Nevertheless, I find it harsh that Chris is treated more strictly than Rainer in this regard, which is what came to mind during the conversation today,

That's really harsh. I even remember a user (must have been @Trickie) who even put on yellow cleaning gloves to unbox the picture of him. But the point is that I would most likely act like that myself, because I find him really disgusting. So there is definitely a conflict of interest.

Physically he is by no means the most disgusting lolcow and compared to, for example, Rainer Winkler aka Drachenlord who has hygiene issues I dont want to explain in detail, Chris is almost relatively neat, but there is something that still triggers this disgust, do you understand what I mean?

For example, cleaning the toilet in a shared apartment is 100 times more disgusting than cleaning the toilet you share with family or friends. There is also a difference between changing your own child's diaper and changing a stranger's diaper, etc. A hair of Chris's on a Sonichu medal is more disgusting than a hair of someone else's even if he had washed it right before. Of course you could touch his merch without gloves, but why should you if you don't have to? This has more to do with vanity, something to do with ego also, pride and things like that, because it's disrespectful of him to be disgusting too or you just want to show that you want to create emotional distance. If someone is unfriendly, you are happy to be unfriendly too. It's the same when someone is disgusting, because then you like to create a distance.

Although I prefer myself to the group of people liking to show distance if solebody is gross but not because I have to but because I can, I feel sorry for Chris at the same time.

I dont know if he knows about the glove thing ( every second unboxing Video on YT is with gloves) and I dont know how girls who met him for faking interest in a relationship behaved in relation to touching his stuff, shaking his hand ore things like that.

Would you guys and girls wear latex ore even dish gloves for getting stuff from its Etsy shop ore in any other situation? Maybe someone can start a poll.

First off, there's reason to treat chris like a walking biohazard.

Second, yes, there are people worse off than chris. Drachenlord, Andy Ditch, an amy rose sonic fag I'm drawing a blank on, but it doesn't matter. We've all seen walkthroughs of his house, seen the mold, we know he doesn't bathe, the dogs shit on the floor, and nothing can be properly cleaned since the house is a hoard. There's also reports from people who have gotten things from him saying that they received items that were greasy, or had a strong odor to them.

Chris despite his appearance does not bathe often. In the past he would use douse himself in axe body spray, and trolls who interacted with him said he has the odor of rotten watermelons.

Then there's the fact he does indeed poop himself.

Just because he's not some diaper deviant doesn't mean he's clean. Knowing all of this, would you just assume something that chris hands you is clean?

I'm not that into Chris story as a German, but I'm more familiar with the Drchenlord. I spoke to him on the phone once in 2015.

That would have upset him 100 times more than doing any nonsense and it wouldn't even have been with the Intention to be evil, absolutely not. At the same time, it would have been top content because he would have completely freaked out, which wouldn't have been my fault.

In the end I didn't do it because I thought it would be too demeaning for him. Today I bitterly regret that I didn't do it, because in the years that followed he got much, much worse, especially in terms of his personality.

Female Trolls have 'dated' chris to find out more info. One (Catherine I think) got a full tour of the house where we found the dogs shit on the floor and were aggressive. At the end of the date chris buried his face in her chest before she left. She also reported he and the house stank.
As for 'how do people stand it?' its simple. Its probably not as bad when he's out in public and not swimming in the odor at home. like the difference between farting while in a small confined space and out in an open courtyard.
As for people interacting with chris: That's hard to answer. Most people here operate on the simple rule of 'don't pozload my negholep.' We talk about chris, discuss his happenings, but never interact with him. It never goes well. Also chris for a long time had a group of people trying to keep other people from interacting with bad faith characters who would abuse him (at least until Chris turned on Null and it came out that chris fucked his mom.)
Chris has insisted that he takes frequent showers despite evidence to the contrary, but his crinkly hair suggests otherwise. also, the sonichu medallion looks like a bacterial hive since he wears it all the time.
People who IRL fuck with chris tend to send pizzas to his house, they might put up a sign to trigger him on rare occasions but usually IRL trolling came from crank calls.
The closest thing to someone wearing a bio hazard suit was maybe the pickle man who stole one of chris's love interests.

I only learned of Chris Chan at all in early 2022, so I didn't view anything of his in real time. I'm not an oldfag or an OG, I speak purely from the position of hindsight. To me, the Chris Chan saga became unfunny once he trooned out. His pre-troon antics were overwhelmingly funny and generally, the best humor came from things that sprung from his own mind, rather than those that were implanted by others.
