Times when you have felt genuinely sorry for Chris

Chris never had a chance because of who raised him. Had he been raised by more competent parents he would probably be working in a factory somewhere and living in a singlewide right now.

Worst part is, I doubt Bob was malicious by any means. If you read the letter he wrote for chris when he was giving chris his vinyl collection and other things; there does seem to be a lot of the genuine fatherly love. Problem is that Bob was just very poor at the actual act of raising and mentoring Chris. He was already really old when chris started getting into his teens; so he didnt have the energy needed to tardwrangle and mentor him since special needs kids need a lot more work.

If chris was raised by genuinely loving parents who were younger, more willing to learn how to raise special needs kids (Bob in this case failed), be mentally stable (Barb, shes a fucking nut), and be the sort of cornerstone that a kid like chris would have desperately needed, I think Chris could have turned out infinitely better. Hell, he might've had a legit shot at living a fairly average life, even if he was somewhat hampered intellectually. I know guys dumber than dogshit who still live average lives; no reason chris couldn't if he was raised right.

If Chris had gotten the parenting, guidance and help he needed during his youth, he'd likely have a decent paying job with benefits scrubbing toilets at a university. Something like that. There are good jobs that somebody like Chris can do, at least as far as the autism side of things.

The lesson is, don't have kids when you're way too old and if you're in over your head, seek help.

I feel sorry about the collective few people who have manipulated him to get the worst out/for him. Though he has some responsibility in those acts, it's still a shame to see budding psycopaths with god-complexes fuck around with a very retarded persons brain

I actually felt bad for Chris for the entire timeline. His antics and the memes were hilarious, but in all seriousness, it would’ve been better if he was off the internet. He’d make less stupid mistakes with the right guidance, I guess, and with the will power, as shown in the video where he was shown to act like a regular individual, meaning HE CAN and JUST DOESN’T WANT TO. I’m frankly quite glad we are not hearing much from him now. Maybe Flutter and Praetor’s gang are doing something right, after all. I guess Chris just needs to be kept busy and medicated, after all, to stop him from doing stupid stunts. I don’t know if he’s still making comics and drawings as of now, but I think he’s chilled out and softened over the years, especially now that he’s been given real consequences and finally probably some people who could give him a somewhat decent environment.
