"All right! I'm going to be VERY HONEST. AGAIN! People don't seem to listen when I say stuff, because I've said this a MILLION TIMES, and people don't listen to me! All right? NUMBER ONE! I gave a ROUGH ESTIMATE of what I'm going to owe for TAXES in 2019. I ALREADY gave the ROUGH ESTIMATE! All right? *LIP SMACK!* That is a ROUGH ESTIMATE based on what my ACCOUNTANT-SLASH-TAX ATTORNEY told me I would've need to pay for the course of THIS YEAR, in quarterly payments! Okay? HOWEVER! What you need to understand is, that estimate has TWO CONTINGENCIES! The first estimate is that, they're ASSUMING that the money I make THIS YEAR, is exactly the same as the money I made LAST YEAR. The second contingency is assuming that I made those payments on time! Well, guess what? I can tell you guys two things: NUMBER ONE, I made DIFFERENT amount of money THIS YEAR than I did LAST YEAR! How much? I HAVE NO IDEA! I won't know that, until I do my taxes! Until, I actually SIT DOWN and I actually look at INCOME versus EXPENSES! And I do that NUMBER CRUNCH! Which I'm probably going to be doing, probably, in February! *SNIFF* I have NO IDEA what I made in 2018 yet! There's NO WAY I can figure this out yet! Okay? I could guess! But I could be TOTALLY WRONG! That's NUMBER ONE! NUMBER TWO! I didn't make the quarterly payments this year! I didn't have any money to do it! So, that means, there's going to be INTEREST! There's going to be FEES! There's going to be all kinds of stuff, that accumulated over this year, that are going to make what I owe to the government, EVEN MORE! Because I didn't do my quarterly payments! So, when I give you guys a BALLPARK FIGURE of, kind of, what I'm going to next year. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT IT IS. And, by the way, THAT'S KIND OF WHAT I SAID on Thanksgiving, when I first revealed this whole issue! Okay? Uhm. That's exactly what I said. But, people just want to make, *MOCKING VOICE* 'OH! That's all Phil owes and that's exactly right! And Phil should have a countdown on his streams on how much he's raised towards that!' NO!! NUMBER ONE: THAT NUMBER COULD BE WRONG!! And then, HOW, HOW dishonest would it be, for me to say, 'This is what I owe. And then WE raise it, and it's not enough!' That's not right! That's messed up! That would be IRRESPONSIBLE OF ME! I don't want the ENTIRETY of today's HOLIDAY STREAM, which is supposed to be, me playing games and having fun, and drinking, and INTERACTING with you guys in a Holiday setting. To be about, 'OH! Here's what we're raising, towards a GOAL!' IT'S BULLSHIT! You know what I mean?! That's bullshit! And, they just want to DISTRACT from US having FUN! And, that's why, I'm not gonna do that!
