Today I have... Thread.

I took a calculus test today, which I am confident that I passed. I also got an emulator working on my tablet so I can play Final Fantasy VIII and IX (my personal favorites) because I wanted to play them again.

Now my time is going to be spent doing homework/working, and general staying alive. I need to stay on top of my computer homework.

Today I've had my first experience with processed meats for a laugh... I can already predict I'm gonna be sick from it with how I feel right now.

I was in a situation where I didn't need to drive when it was normal to be getting a permit and remained in a situation where I didn't need to drive after moving across the country. Years later I suddenly really need to. So I knocked out a 6 hour online driving course taught by Dr. Sbaitso's nephew in 2 evenings. It forced you to stay on the page minutes after Microsoft Sam was done giving his slideshow or the chopped up 1990 footage so it actually would add up to 6 hours, but was more like 7 when you factor in the voice recognition tests you had to call them to do periodically and how shit the site was.

I'm currently in the process of getting all of my shit together to leave my apartment. If I can't fit everything in my car, I'll have to drive a ridiculous amount, come back, and get the rest of it. It's kind of weird for me, because I usually have a more solid plan as to what comes next in situations like this, but I don't this time. I have some job interviews soon, though, so hopefully that gives me some direction.

This is more of something I did yesterday, but...

I saw the Book of Mormon at the Kennedy Center in DC. And it was amazing. I highly recommend it.

Went to hillbilly Walmart to get a ton of really cheap food.

Today I'll be spending my birthday in a 3 hour class that I have to take to graduate, but is irrelevant to both of my majors, taking a test, and then going in tonight for an overnight shift. Oh well, at least I've got belated birthday plans next week to look forward to!

Today I found an Easter egg when you ask Siri what song this is and play Can't Buy Me Love

Yesterday I ended up selling the stuff I make at what turned out to be an 8 hour, 8 band thrash metal show/buffet at this vegan restaurant/yoga studio. Jewelry and thrash metal don't mix so well. Cleared 50 bucks but I got amazing free meals out of the deal.

I just practiced making a hamburger. I didn't follow any recipe besides how to use a binding agent, I just mixed ground beef with spices basing all my knowledge on a cooking show I vaguely remember. The result wasn't that bad, I should make more.

A couple of minutes ago I felt a little earthquake go through my house. Thanks hydraulic fracturing!

Also I've been calling these various customer service lines between their stated hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, and they all say to leave a message because they aren't there at the moment. WTF get your shit together you guys.

Today I got my eyes checked by an actual ophthalmologist.

When I originally heard that the hastings down the road from me was closing, I was quite upset.

Then they started marking down their inventory...

and now I'm mostly okay with it.

Made a bunch of phone calls I needed to make, scheduled a consultation for my next hair appointment, and started to think about/plan what stuff I should pack for my vacation!
