Update: I got my copy of the report and I was, in fact, freaking out over nothing. The "adverse information" was about two speeding tickets I got back in 2007 because the county I lived in put it on my "criminal record". Like, oh no, I drove 70 MPH in a 55 MPH zone several years ago! They're gonna demote me now!

Stupid me, I know intellectually that I have nothing bad on my record and I still got upset.

...Found a missing dog. Two days ago, I was walking with a friend and we saw a couple of "missing dog" signs. I took a picture just in case, and we went on our way. 15 minutes ago, I heard something scratch my front door. Turns out it was the same dog from the poster! (a Maltese with a blue harness) I called the owners from my phone, and hopefully the little guy has a happy reunion with them.

Finished my class requirements for my web development certificate! I started learning front end coding September last year, and I enrolled in a program this past January. I'm pleased that I can make a reasonably attractive and competent site using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and jQuery. I also have some cursory XML, SQL, and ColdFusion knowledge, but I'm not nearly as practiced with them.

One of the big things I've come out of this program with is how much more there is to learn, even just to be solid on the front end. Like, damn. Still, I'm encouraged by my progress and looking forward to what comes next.

Went to a Sunday Brunch buffet with my family, I offered to pay for the whole thing which made my old man very happy. That makes it totally worth the money, and there was live music so I made sure to leave a nice tip for the girl performing (fortunately my siblings helped me with that one.)

Also, Ham dipped in chocolate syrup is fucking delicious.

My tattoo has started to flake, and only hurts when pressure is applied to it. No redness.

That's good, I suppose.
 
Today I have learned how to maintain facial stubble and shave down neck hair without it looking weird. One Blade is the best.
 
Found out one of the Polish delicatessens/convenience stores in my town sells Mullermilch (which is delicious). I hadn't had that stuff since I was in Germany back in May so I was pretty happy to find it. I only bought the one bottle (they only had one flavour) but still.

For some odd reason, the water in my apartment decided to stop working for a few minutes. I found out about it at the worst time: right as I was getting ready to wash up.

EDIT: Turns out they were doing some maintenance work .

Some fleas got inside and have been eating the three of us + cats so we all spent the day scrubbing and spraying. My feet are covered in bites. *sigh*
 
Bought two Mills and Boon books in a charity shop. Can't wait to read some corny, badly written smut. :)
 
Discovered the immense pleasure of day drinking Lagavulin whiskey.
 
Stripped a ton of metal Imperial Guard ready to paint them properly AND struggled with the fact that even though Scarlet Johanssen is a shit choice to play the major in Ghost In The Shell I can't object to it without everybody assuming I'm leaping on the whitewashing bandwagon. Honestly, I don't care what race the actress is but if you want a sexy, trim assassin type military ninja android is doesn't HAVE to be Black Widow.
 
I just don't know what do, I feel like life's lately gotten in this never-ending cycle of stress and it doesn't seem to end. Bad sleeping schedule, bad diets, class is kicking my ass...
My mother is getting sicker and sicker some days and half of my life we've spent going over hospitals and the like, and honestly it's stressful since she likes to pretend to her brothers (hello, people with a lot of money that could actually help her) that everything is alright, so she often uses me to be her punching bag (she has this nasty attitude that makes everyone run away from her, even family). I don't get why is she so like this, there are people like twenty years older than her that are in much better physical shape than she is (hello, Trump)

I'm sorry for such a whiny powerlevel, but this honestly gets to me to the point where it's severely affecting my life as well, and I just need an listening ear. My BFF's been gone and it'll take some time for her to return, and only with her I feel comfortable talking about this.

Today I found out one of my school friends who I haven't seen in over a year is going to be passing through my town on her way to another town but wants to stop in my town to see me first.

So today I found out my sister Donna is cheating on her boyfriend with James Hurley. She told me to keep quiet, but she also lost my bike, so we'll see what happens. (PS, if anybody was at the Roadhouse at the night of the big fight and saw a bicycle, please let me know.)
