Today I picked up trash off the road. Found only one needle!

Tried to tackle the vacant lot near my house that I have to drive by everyday. Usually it’s clean but a few weeks ago someone decided to dump a metric ass ton of shit everywhere. Got two trash bags full before I noticed a tent a little further in the weeds.
Not going to narc like my other neighbors would (because I’m pretty sure whoever is in that tent didn’t dump all that trash) but I’m not fucking with the rest of it while someone might be watching me.

Also made cookies.

Today I attended school over Zoom and I'm glad we can turn our screens off, because halfway through I fell asleep at my desk. I'd done the 'awake straight through' the night and morning before and it got to me. Tried to have a twenty minute nap at lunch, ended up being an hour and forty. Oh well.

The dangerous little beans aren't doing as well as could be hoped. Dangerous Beans isn't the best mother, and it looks like I'm going to have to buy some kitten formula tomorrow morning and start supplemental feeding. On the upside Beansy has zero maternal aggression, so that does make life easier in that respect.

Today I had a tard try to tardrage-smash one of my hands over being caught and told to not steal shit earlier today.

-Boss made excuses for him, of course, how dare I be pissed at a fuckass who is mentally there enough to know you don't do that shit. 🙄

Oddest damn thing. For a project I have to weirdly go through the original black and white TMNT comic. Made it to issue 20 today. In the beginning and end of this comic is a hand drawn pic of jew york at night. It's the same pic, just reprinted. However every building in the pic looks lit up, except the WTC. Comic was made in 1989.
In the comic there's a triceratop man space alien named Zog of all things. Zionist Occupied Gubment? IDK. He dies in this issue screaming about "Long Live the Republic." In the old TMNT comic, there's space aliens across the galaxy or whatever, and one republic is run by triceratop men with kind of neat blasters that look like a triangle or something. Didn't think about it over 30 years ago. I'm tilting my head today.
One point in this issue they say that Zog (they need special breathers to handle Earth's atmosphere and he doesn't have one) having exposure to the air here is eating at his brain like cancer.
I know some symbolism I'm not supposed to share yet, but this one really made me think. There's been a little hint of something weird in the recent issues before this. This though... seeing the WTC dark like it was- completely creepy.
 
Today I found about $400 of unopened Amazon fresh grocery bags at the skate park. This is like the 3rd time in 3 months we've found tons of sealed grocery bags there.

I think they're probably orders that got cancelled and the driver is supposed to donate them to the food bank but ends up just ditching them there if the food bank is closed.

It's been almost freezing so I'm not worried anything's spoiled and nothing is expired. I'm just going to donate anything I don't think I can use in time.

I was hoping for the weather to get nice and warm up soon but now I want it to stay cold so the skate park can just be my personal refrigerator for free groceries. This is awesome as money has been tight for me lately for various reasons.

I... *coughs* dusted and swept the dungeon I'm stuck in. And did a refreshing of the bathroom. I cleaned a lot from last night until today. I'd light a skittles scented candle I have but it seems to attract middle aged white women so I'm not doing that.

Around this time last year, I punched out a deer for daring to nibble at my hydrangea bush.

It emitted this sort of growl and recoiled before running away in abject confusion.

today i took one of my foster babies to the vet for a checkup since he was having very very mild URI symptoms.
vet said he's doing fine for now and just to monitor him!
she was so impressed by my experience/knowledge of kittens that she said 'clearly these aren't your first fosters' and i was like you won't believe this
